Quiet, clean and good location for the project at hand. Reasonably helpful staff, but they failed with the wake-up call.

A little rough”
Definitely economical and very conveniently located. However, it was a little rough. The room was spare, the toilet seat broken, some stains on the rug and pillow case. Not bad for the money but would likely spend a bit more and get something fresher next time.

Bedbugs and usage of our Forex card without our permission”
We has stayed here for 2 nights. On our first night we found Bedbugs in the room. In spite of showing them pictures, the Hotel did not give any kind of compensation for this. They charged a deposit which is not mentioned when booking from the portals online. The deposit was returned to us when we checked out. After 5 hours of checking out they swiped 90 euros on the card and blamed us for a broken bed without any kind of intimation. When we called them, we were asked to send an email. Till date there is no response for the email. Very Bad Hospitality!

Do not stay here if you value your privacy. ”
Very basic and not pleasant to stay in, it's only a place to rest your head. The staff moved us out of our room as they had made a double booking but did not contact us to discuss this, we came back later that night to find all our possessions had been moved to a different room without our permission . The staff blamed each other and then the manager. We asked to speak to the manager who wouldn't see us and then asked for him to contact us but are still waiting. Hiding behind young girls at reception is despicable and no compensation was made. Do not stay here if you value your privacy.

The hotel has bed bugs, plenty”
Had to leave the hotel after one night as been bitten by bed bugs. Hotel staff knows that there are plenty bed bugs at the hotel and still accommodates people in contaminated rooms. This is ABSOLUTELY unacceptable - cannot know about the problem and just ignore it

Handy placed hotel I stayed two separate nights in front room on 5th which had view to sea 2nd night”
Clean room bed and pillows. Shower hopeless as pointed out from bath onto floor and dangerously wet for slipping . No safe , no tea making facilities also just soap in bathroom .Had to vacate room during royal wedding but owner would not allow me to sit and wait for taxi to airport amd watch it on a tv in a sitting room.

The hotel was infested with bed bugs . We changed rooms and when I checked the other room it also had bed bugs 🐜. I requested my money back and had to call credit card . Please take this hotel off of your site . My daughter still has bit marks on her legs .

Une nuit au Little Palace ”
J’ai payer une caution de 90€ ( dont je n’etais Même pas au courant quand j’ai réservé sur internet) pour la chambre. Il m’avait dit qu’il aller me la rendre le lendemain mais cela fait 1 semaine que je n’est toujours pas mes 90€ et que je n’est pas de nouvelle de l’hôtel.

LAMENTABLE”
bonjour je suis très en colère de mon séjour dans cet hôtel. J' y suis venu début mai pour 2 nuits. Mon amie a attrapé des boutons sur les bras et jambes, nous avons pensé à des moustiques dans la région ou à la nourriture. Nous y sommes retournés 2 nuits à la fin du mois, mon ami a eu atttrapé les mêmes boutons. Nous sommes allés en pharmacie et unanimement les pharmaciens nous ont dit qu'il s'agissait de punaises de lit.. Nous en avons fait part à l'accueil qui nous ont dit "désolé on a oublié de changer les draps"... Lamentable... J'ai donc prix des photos de ces punaises qui se trouvaient dans le lit, et notre séjour a été gâché puisque mon amie a dû subir les démangeaisons, payer une pommade et un antiallergique. AUCUNE EXCUSE DE L'HOTEL

Bonjour, Vous êtes partis beaucoup trop tôt désolé ! Nous vous prions d'accepter nos excuses, La réception vous a indiqué qu'une autre chambre était disponible mais peut être par politesse vous n'avez pas accepté de changer de chambre. Quel dommage ! il ne fallait pas hésiter Nous sommes désolés que cela puisse se produire malheureusement. Je tiens à vraiment insister sur le fait que cela est pris très au sérieux, nous avons réagi le jour même de votre départ nous avons bloqué cette chambre pour un nettoyage adapté afin d'éviter à tout pris que cela ne puisse se reproduire. Je ne sais pas qui a pu vous dire cela "désolé on a oublié de changer les draps" mais ce n'est certainement pas une de nos femmes de chambre qui de manière obligatoire change systématiquement les draps ! Ce cas de figure, de par notre organisation ne peut absolument pas se produire ! En revanche nous serions heureux de pouvoir nous rattraper et vous accorder toute notre attention par un geste commercial !
Très déçu de l'hôtel je ne le recommande pas ”

PLUS UN HOTEL DE POLICE QU UN HOTEL DE TOURISME .. sur le reste rien a dire super déco super confort super petit déjeuner copieux et varié buffet a volonté .. a part les salles de bains restées au faïences un peu vieillottes, l établissement a été bien rénove et est bien tenu et confortable .
