M management definitely cares deeply for customers' needs. Decor, facilities, cleanliness, room's hooks, doors, interior, everything was thought through Location wise, I gave full points coz being away from busy traffic, place was perfect for me. In Ipoh, car is a necessity, either one drives or Grab, this location is perfect for me. Staff were all super sweet, nothing was a trouble, Myth their cafe's lovely supervisor lady was professional and very accommodating. One has to come in to take a look. Usually in buildings like these, interior always feel cramped. Not M.. It stood out in complete comfort for guests and even has diy laundry facility with detergent provided M, to me whispers loving care. M you r awesome.. Love this place We skipped breakfast coz breakfast outside was irresistible, but at the price..if there were any shortcoming, it's all forgiven. We hope to come back real soon.. Thank you M, your hospitality was exceptional

Instagram worthy”
"Woaaah" is the first impression we mase the moment we stepped into the hotel. The decor is very artistic- focusing mainly on old town, rustic feel. Rooms are clean, very comfy beds and artistic - leaning towards, black, white and dark wooden colours. However, lightings are too minimal, with no windows, thus making the room darker than usual. I find it hard to pack my bags / looking for clothes. Great facilities considering the boutique / small accommodation setting. It has a gym, washing machine and clothed dryer (wow). Sadly we did not get to use them as we were only there for 1 night (stopover). Will definitely consider staying here next time.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 family. Both same type but the size not the same. One room is much smaller than the other one. Maybe because the room is at the end of the row. The chandelier hanging right on top of the bed with low ceiling gives me anxiety lol. But other than that, the room is clean & decor is nice especially the toilet. Breakfast option is very limited especially with current Covid19 situation, no more buffet & the set provided not satisfactory, limited options. Ended up having to eat outside but thankfully the hotel is in town & near to all the great (famous) places to eat.

Aesthetically pleasing hotel with good service”
I stayed here for 3days and 2 nights with my family. It has a very nice interior design. They really had put a lot of effort to make the interiors look outstanding. Staffs were also helpful and friendly. We asked for ironboard and they responded quickly. They also have complementary masks (which was put nicely in a specially designed pack). Also went to the gym. Nice and spacious. Definitely did not expect this hotel to have such a big gym (for a small hotel, to me it’s big). They also have their own hotel carpark at the back of hotel. Just a minor letdown is that they closed their own cafe. I was told it had already not operating since mco. So if you wanna order food, easiest is to order from the oldtown just below the hotel. Overall, definitely value for money. Will come again if i ever need to have a night in ipoh.

Great base for a visit to Ipoh”
I stayed at the M Boutique Hotel for one night before travelling on to Cameron Highlands. It‘s located across the river, but in walkable distance to the old town with its murals and heritage buildings. The hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. I felt very much at home there, which was primarily also because the service was so amazing. The front desk staff let me check-in early and were super helpful in arranging transport and giving directions. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic”
Pros - rooms were unique and clean. Bathroom was clean too. The industrial design of the whole hotel really works. Atmosphere amazing. Ample parking space in front of the hotel (pay the usual RM0. 60 for an hour for before 6pm) and at the back of the hotel (free). They even ironed my white shirt for me when I asked. Cons - Could hear when other guests opened and closed their room doors. TV wasn't very clear. My second visit here. All in all, would definitely come back.

Been looking forward to staying at your hotel after reading good reviews about it, boy the reviews were true. The room was comfortable and I loved the design of the room. It was so cozy. Unfortunately we only stayed for 1 night. The location was okay, the staffs are so helpful especially those who had their shift on friday, 4 sept 2020 around 10am - 2pm as they helped me for early checkin. Breakfast altho simple was good. Will definitely come back.

I love everything about this hotel. The location is great where its around 10mins or less to any popular places at ipoh. I love that this hotel is clean , the toilet is clean. The staff is also friendly and helpful . The interior is also amazingly beautiful and its industrial concept too. Good for money as well. I will repeat my stay here if i come to ipoh again

The facilities offered was beyond my expectations. Its also very beautiful. Every corner of this hotel was picturesque. I loved its decor a lot. The room is clean & comfortable. Staffs were friendly & helpful 😊. Hope that you'll keep the standard on as time goes by. Surely will go stay there again the next time I visit Ipoh.

An eye opener”
The hotel was above expectations in terms of design and comfort. We had the suite room. The hotel owner had really spent some insane effort to design the hotel . It was exhilarating . We loved the authentic vintage design. We spent more time in the hotel rather than going out instead. The aisles were very photogenic. The common area was comfortable, and the gym equipment were pretty new and well maintained. Overall definitely worth a revisit

One of the best hotel in Ipoh. ”
This hotel location is not in the Ipoh town. But they room have very nice designed and style. Very comfortable. Price is reasonable. Free parking. Hotel staff are friendly. We took many photo in the hotel. Old town cafe is in the hotel which I can get my breakfast lunch and dinner.

I booked 2 room hence similar review for both. Call up few hours before check in hour to check if am able to come earlier. Thank god its available and ready when i arrived and check in was super smooth. This is key as i have baby and small kids with me. Parking is free and available at the back of the hotel. Safe. Lit up at night. Have back door so easy to access hotel. Room and toilet are clean and top notch. I wish i could get their family room Next time. Staff are friendly. Instragrammable place. No breakfast hopefully when the restaurant open they could offer em. Have old time white coffee restaurant next to the lobby. Location are excellent as it nearby to viral restaurants. They have drink water in the room, hairdryer, shower gels, kettle, glass, coffee, mini fridge. Air cond is well maintained. Will return again!

Nice hotel”
This is a very nice hotel at a pretty good location. The room was clean and had a nice bathroom and cosmetics. The hotel staff was nice and helpful. You can even use their washing machine! The only thing that needs improving is their coffee and breakfast. I seldom make a fuss about a below-average cafe latte, but this one was so bad that neither I nor my wife could finish it. Discouraged by this experience we opted for breakfast at The Old Town coffee joint (optional for hotel guests), but that was also a letdown. Ipoh has excellent breakfast options in the city, so if you are not a hurry I recommend you go there. Again, the hotel was great and for a good price. I would stay again!

Exceptional”
The room and toilet is clean, staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is outside the busy town which i think is good. Easy to find parking as well. Breakfast started at 9am, i personally think it is quite late. My husband and i checked out earlier than that without waiting for breakfast.
