It’s nice hotel in city center”
Hotel is clean and tidy in French style, all staff is friendly and supportive, they advised me manything related to my trip in Hai Phong as beautiful and historical places to visit, good foods to eat, also how to go to Cat Ba and Do Son in easy way... only the breakfast is so so and friday seafood buffet is not good, specially quality of food, hope they will improve in the future, but strongly recommend this hotel and i will back again on next trip.

A Terrific Hotel in a French Colonial Building”
My family of 5 adults had a great overnight stay at the Manor Des Arts. Our room was terrific, as was the entire hotel, which takes you back to the early 20th century, as the building is 100 years old. The outside dining area and lobby are quite beautiful. The breakfast was plentiful and well-presented. And finally, the staff was great!

We stayed at this hotel in Oct 2019 for 3 nights (208 was our toom, I think). I rate this hotel 5 stars. Here are my rating reasons. Room: nice decor, simple but elegant Staff: From the front desk to the restaurant and the pool, all staff always greeted us politely with a smile on their face. They were eager to help us with anything we need. Kudos to his customer service. (My bad that I forgot to ask his name). I also wanted to acknowledge Miss Phuong (front desk), Charles Vu (bell person), Dang Ninh (restaurant), pool staff, and the housekeeping for their excellent customer service. Breakfast: Buffet breakfast had both Western and Vietnamese foods. It was not a huge buffet but enough to fill us up to start a day. Location: very convenient to walk to the restaurants and a super market around the hotel. From the hotel, you could walk to the train station for about 10-12 minutes. Haiphong was a good base for transferring to Halong bay and/or Catba island. Highly recommend this hotel.

We found this hotel on Agoda and decided to take it for our year-end holiday with my child of 12 years old. Finding it on the website, it first attracted us mainly because of its name suggesting an artistic atmosphere. It turned out a very good decision. And we got more than just an artistic atmosphere. The room was elegantly styled with good facilities. Staff were friendly. The only minus was their food (we took only the breakfast) which was rather simple and not matching with the hotel's concept. The location was great. The surrounding was very clean and safe. the hotel is right next to the beautiful French colonial Hải Phòng Museum, walking distance to the City's Opera House, 'Bính' Habour. We came by train from Hanoi and the hotel was within walking distance from the train station as well. All in all, highly recommended for a family trip.

A real gem”
We spent one night at Manoir des Arts Hotel en route from Halong Bay to Ninh Binh. Our room was very nice- some might call it dated but we called it charming. A lovely modern, newly renovated bathroom and a comfortable bed with very fast internet. The pool and garden areas were beautiful and the hotel breakfast was excellent. THe reception clerk helped us book a private car to take us to our next destination and was extremely lovely and helpful (plus they allowed us to check in hours early!). I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

Nice boutique hotel at very good location”
I spent three nights at Manoir Des Arts in September 2020 and really liked the hotel. Location is perfect, convenient, central. The staff is friendly, breakfast is good and room is cozy. Will stay here again in my next trip to Haiphong.

It's nice and neat literally. I spent 2 nights here for a solo travelling. Staffs were nice, elegant, and helpful. The facilities seem quite aging, yet it's clean and tidy. I requested a quiet room at high story, and I got one. Everything was neat.

Easy to get to and a stand out structure”
The staff go above and beyond to assist your needs. I did watch a fellow adult guest have a bit of a tantrum during breakfast (something to do with lack of service) and I was unable to make heads or tails as to what the exact issue was. I thought the service was good and if I needed something they were all over it. Generally the English, at lease from the concierge, was good. They gave me directions to places I Wanted to go and suggestions/options for markets/coffee etc. The hotel is nice, clean and priced reasonably well.

Very nice hotel with great staffs. Decoration at lobby and restaurant are very nice and warm. Super location with the Haiphong museum next door, cafeteria restaurant are at few steps. Staff and service are great. The elevator is a bit narrow, shower tube is a bit broken therefore water spraying around web showering.

Ok choice in Hai Phong”
Located in the center of the old quarter of Hai Phong city. An antique hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast is delicious but they cook eggs and banh da cua (Hai Phong's speciality) in a separate kitchen, we didn't know it were included in breakfast so missed the chance to order.
