Amazing location ”
I arrived late to the hotel regardless the room was ready, it was clean, amazing hot shower in the morning when it was a bit fresh outside. Breakfast was good, the staff were amazing extremely helpful, couldn’t do enough. Overall a great experience in Dalat, would recommend to anyone.

Right in the center of Da Lat night market, within walking distances to everything. Receptionists and doorman were very friendly and helpful; I had to extend my stay a couple nights and they helped me move to a new room with a great view as soon as it was available.

Not good experience (driven by high season)”
Pros: location is very good, within walking distance to the heart of the city, nearby the big market, the foods and shopping around. Hotel managers offered spacious late check out till 4pm (due to our flight at 8pm) without extra charge and free room upgrade due to room availability. Breakfast is good (esp. the local noodle soup) with average choice. Cons: staffs are not trustworthy and very materialistic. Most of the times the feeling of being cheated were around. Pre-booked the hotel 1 day (before agoda) due to last minutes schedule changed, I called hotel directly to book 1 extra nite with verbal confirmation from the hotel (though i asked for email, they said verbal confirmation is ok); then right on the day of arrival, i called again and found out that they released the room with an excuse that they called me many time for reconfirm on the room post last time confirmation (reconfirmation on the confirmation for what???) and could not contact me (while I was outbound) then they offered me another room type for that day with higher cost than the last offer (due to high season and last minute changes), second time, while we asked their help to order a cab for city sightseeing, they immediately called to book their own car service and showed unprofessional behavior when I found out and asking why, third time, they charged us the higher fee of car service (though they did confirmed the car fee for 1st day from 10:45AM to 4PM is 500kVND then later thay charged 750kVND and on the 2nd day from 10:45 - 6pm they charged us 1milVND). Besides that, the hotel cleanliness is a problem, the bed sheet has dark spots, blood spots and seems like their are fungus around, i felt very itchy and uncomfortable of sleeping. In the situation that I did have to pay 3 times higher than normal price due to high season, I am not happy with this hotel and will not come back.

Check in time was very long time, at first a staff told us to wait 15 minutes, after that they told us to wait 30 minutes more. We were very upset, if we knew it took too long, we would keep all our luggage at the hotel and went out. The room was not clean, hard mattress.

Good value for clean hotel in central location”
Staying here was nice but unfortunately the bed was rock hard and we were facing the road so we were woken up at 5am with constant beeping. The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The best thing about this hotel was the location and price.

Not so good”
Pro: good location Con: first day of visit, counter staff not so good. Got the room and saw a window open and construction going on just 5m away. People can even see us. Went down to ask for a change of room and that staff give a rude look on her bloody face. Also, wonder if they are allow to exchange money there. First day ther staff said can change and give us $1sgd vs 15000dong. Walk down to a money changer give us 16900dong. Last night wanna change but was eve of holiday so shop was close and wanna change a little more money in case not enough. Ask to change and this time was another better staff said that they don’t change. I was like, hmmm, did the 1st staff wanna cheat on me? One lift in the whole hotel. Won’t recommend this hotel at all. I Guess those leave a good review was those that had a better room with balcony facing the view. Otherwise, No No for this hotel.

A hotel with very good location. Can walk to the central market, near nightlife place, Xuan Huong lake and very convenient to travel around. Good breakfast provided with a very nice view restaurant.

Near market and food/drink shop”
It's near center which can easy access to market and local food/drink shop, well-known street food. I go with car, they dont have enough room for cars which need to change place whenever someone get their car. Take time and totally inconvenient. It's noisy around.

Although there were other hotels nearby this hotel seems economically priced. Rather clean and comfortable stay. I'll stay here again if I ever go to Da Lat.
