I don't see how I cannot basically do copy + paste of my review of the Rambuttri Village on Bangkok: well located, kind staff and nice rooms and a really affordable price. You can't go wrong with Marina.

The room was beautifully decorated and equipped with wardrobe space as well as a hairdryer and safe. The housekeeping staff provided fresh bath and beach towels daily and the breakfast buffet was well stocked. The location is a bit further down from the beach but there's sufficient restaurants, bars and grocery shops within a few minutes walk. The hotel is on a slight hill but that's a bonus to me as the traffic noise was drowned out slightly, certainly not a difficult walk and taxis pass frequently if needed.

Great location and nice facilities. Location is about a 15-20 min walk to the beach which is nice since its not as busy of an area. Plenty of good cheap restaurants nearby too. The room includes free mini bar items (water, a Coke, orange juice, and peanuts) everyday. I got unlucky with room placement and ended up listening to a baby cry for literally hours every night, but that's beyond the property's control.

We liked everything here in this hotel, the staff, the room, especially the breakfast - it was excellent! The only thing you should know that the beach is 10-15min walk away from hotel and when it is really hot it seems that the walk lasts forever :)

Lovely rooms but the rest not so great ”
The room was lovely, a large comfortable bed and clean spacious bathroom. Amazing view from the room. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel was not as nice, we were not able to use the pool for our stay as it was not clean (so many leaves and insects and was not cleared for days). Some of the loungers were broken but left out. We paid extra for breakfast and enjoyed the eggs but it was a very poor choice of breakfast items compared to other hotels we’ve stayed at. The rest of the hotel was not as it looked in the photos, perhaps they were taken a long time ago.

The distance from the hotel to the beach is about 1km, you will need to walk about 15 mins. But there are a lot of shops and restaurants along the way, so it's ok. Overall, the place is clean, my family had a great time there. Enjoyed our time at the swimming pool as well. However, there are mosquitoes inside the room, this should be improved. Breakfast is pretty decent too, they serve mostly western style breakfast, with few Asian dishes. And they change their Asian menu everyday which is good!

Best breakfast at a hotel we've had in Thailand and possibly, in a few years at any hotel. The place did not have a lot of atmosphere; no central gathering point eg bar. There was a small bar open near the pool during the day - more like a serving hatch. Pool ok . Staff helpful . Rooms very nice. Good base away from busy main drag .

Good location, in front hotel have a good halal restaurant food is fresh and delicious, many massage shop near by mainroad, 7 mins walking to McDonald's, 15 mins walking to the Ao Nang Beach.
