Bad service and dirty room”
I have started travelling to Japan yearly for almost 20 years. This is my first time coming across such a dirty room in Japan. Service was bad which is also very unusual for Japan.

Unhelpful and rude staff”
I went to the Reception to request for one (01) extra pillow for my 70 year old mother as she has injured her neck during the trip. The staff at the Reception asked me in a rude and fierce manner - “WHY you need extra pillow?” After I have explained to him, he told me that the Hotel DOES NOT have any extra pillow at all which is totally ridiculous. NOT even one!! Totally unhelpful and not sympathetic at all. By the way, the room is very dirty too for Japan standard (I have a picture of it).

Small but clean”
The room is small but clean and comfortable. That will be one of disadvantage is no one can speak English, it's very hard for us to communicate with them by Japanese. Anyway, their accomandation rate is cheap, and service is good, they deserved to be recommanded to travellers who interested in stay in Aichi area, specially in Chita Handa.

Near airport”
It's take about 25 minutes to the airport by car. As we need to take early plane, we stay here for one night. The rooms are tidy and comfortable. The price is very reasonable and with free breakfast provide. Although the rooms are small, we will stay here again next time.

Breakfast Buffet is Very Nice”
Friendly staff, clean facility, excellent location, outstanding breakfast, reasonable price. What is not to like? Highly recommended. My room was on the 5th floor facing the train station, but it was not noisy (with windows closed).

Home in a foreign land😄”
Wonderful. I was maybe lucky that I approach the lady supervisor named EMI and asked if they offer tours, obviously none, instead she guided me and gave me tips on how to go by train or bus to see scenic spots in Japan.I never thought I would land to 3 key cities in my short stay. Just by bullet train , could bring you to Osaka, Kyoto, Nagoya and even Tokyo in a jiffy. So impressive transpo system!.EMI, knowing I was alone, she was like a sister waiting for me to come back to the hotel after my daly adventure and ask how was my day, what did I see, and shared the excitement I felt. Thank you EMI The Hotel Manager, Mr.Ohashi was also helpful and even walked with me to the bus stop to ensure I get in the right bus to the airport. I will come back Japan!

2nd time staying at this hotel and will definitely come back if given the chance. Staff are polite and helpful. The place is near train station, quiet, relaxing, clean and good breakfast. t'was pretty decent. thumbs up :)

you get what you pay for, great location”
This motel was so cheap. It did me for the night, but i don't think I could stay longer. I think next time I will pay extra and get something a little nicer. The motel wasn't hard to find. It is next to a train station so that is so convenient! The train ride was about an hour and a half from the airport so be weary of that. I got a free buffet breakfast included in my expenses which is amazing for only $55 all together. The breakfast was good!!! very good!!! I loved the selection of food and was available at convenient hours. Free internet is available but make sure you bring your ethernet cable since they won't provide you with one. Vending machines on the floors in the hotel were convenient. ~~~~~~~~~~~ CONS~~~~~~~~~ I am very annoyed that I selected a "non-smoking" room and when I got in there was a stinky dirty ash tray on the table. The room smelt awful and thats not good when you have such a small room. I don't expect a queen luxury suit but I thought this should not have happened. It made the room feel really dirty to me. When I turned on the television.. there was porn on TV. For some reason my TV in my room let you watch pay pay-per-view channels with out the prepaid card. It was a shock. While some may put this in the "pros" section but I didn't turn on the TV for the rest of the night.

Great comfort with better service”
Very enjoyable stay here. I usually go for cheaper hostels, but for only ~$20 more on this trip I was afforded some nice luxury with free breakfast to boot. They even provide a free drink bar late in the evening if you're craving coffee/juice/etc. Right next to a train station as well.

Non smoking room = smoking room”
We booked a non smoking room online, however, we quickly received an email saying they only had smoking rooms and that our reservation is now smoking. I replied saying because we had a baby, we would appreciate it if management could do something for us. No reply back was received. We could have cancelled BUT because of the long weekend we had no other options at other hotels. When we arrived, the whole floor stunk of smoke. The room was even worse. As if, rooms at the hotel never ever receive fresh air from the outside. We quickly open the window and try to air out the room. We spray the entire room with air freshener provided to us to no avail. Front desk offers us an air cleaner. We plug it in, but... The next day, we continued on with our travel plans, and checked in at the next hotel. As we unpack our suitcase and get our pajamas ready for bed, we couldnt help but be disgusted at how stinky our pjs were. As if we spent the whole night out at a smokey bar!!

Small but ok hotel”
It was small but beautifully located next to the train station. Staff did not speak much English but were nice enough. Breakfast was nice.
