Simple yet accomodating ”

To be honest, this hotel is really nice. The size of the room is not that spacious but it's clean and the bathroom is super clean. The shower gel and shampoo smelled amazing. The room got kettle, 3in1 drinks, minibar, safebox, hair dryer, toothbrushes, shower caps, etc. The pillows were so soft. What more could I ask for? Great facilities, great staffs, clean hotel. Overall, great stay.

Clean Convenience Affordable ”

Keep it up keeping the toilet and bathroom clean. Love it.. will definitely repeat if cleanliness is well kept. Friendly staff very helpful. Just that no breakfast provided in the kitchen but it's ok plenty of restaurants outside. Please wipe the table.. I can see coffee stain still there.. overall is great for short stay.

I didn't go with expectation as I just wanted to try the place for options. It is as my title above. I like the simple breakfast as it varies every day. There are shopping malls within walking distance (Berjaya Mall & East Coast Shopping Centre) & many restaurants & cafe/coffee shop nearby. Good value for money. The staff are very friendly & helpful too.

Short trip to kuantan”

Room was small but it is expected. There's enough space for 1 prayer mat. The room was clean though 2 of the lamps were not functioning, bed was clean and comfortable and toilet was spotless(which was my utmost concern). The only drawback is that the water didn't drain fast enough so you ended up bathing in a "pool". Location was good and staff were friendly. Because the hotel is small and full for the weekend, you tend to get noises from neighbouring rooms. But they are not at the wee hours so it didn't bother me much.

Worth for money”

Friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean and new. Only downside is someone came into my room using his room key. Anyway, hotel staff apologised and admitted that was their technical issue. In general, the hotel is worth the money you are paying.

okaylah cuma dia kecik sikit tapi worth the price la gitu. pastu toilet dia clean and besau gak unlike other hotel yang mahal.
