Necklace lost & found ”
I left my necklace in the wardrobe coat hanger. After being far away I realize I didn’t have my sentimental value necklace on me. I called hotel who confirmed, afternoon shifts housekeeping kept my necklace at reception and she deserves credit for such professionalism and honesty.

Minh tam hotel is very good place to stay. Book their hotel on February 2017, then continuously book thru out March 2017 due to their very good services. Room is large, pretty and clean. Staff here is very friendly and helpful. They go to you to try help you instead of waiting for you to ask for assistance. Hotel is 5min walk to cinema if you like to enjoy movies. If you want some rest and relaxation this is the perfect hotel/spa. This is a great location due to it's location being very close to the airport. I used this as a jump point to rest before my onward adventure to Nha Trang. Spa service is available and there is an excellent gym next door.

Very nice staffs, room was clean and quiet, 20min driving to the airport, which is the best distance ( if too far from the airport, it’s costly, if too near the airport the taxi drivers would probably reject you) Hotel opens 24h so you don’t worry about having a little too much fun out of the street If tired, massage at the 5th floor All in all, best experience

Firstly, this hotel is quite well situated being very close to the HCMC airport and situated in front of the main road from the airport. My first impression upon arriving at the hotel was the lobby was very clean and well lit which gave me a very impressive view of the hotel. As for the rooms, the standard room was spacious, well lit, clean room. The bathroom was well stocked with all the necessities that one would require. The only negative view I do have of the hotel is the lobby staff who although are very helpful, do not have a good command of English language. Thus I was left with the impression that what communicated to them may not be note be fully understood. This led to my having to repeat my communication to them several times before I could feel confident that they have understood what I wanted.

New and clean place for staying more than a night”
This hotel has no internet connection as it announced, the receptionist promised all the time that they will ask technician to fix it, but they did not , after many times complains so they changed the room for me. The staff and bell boys did a great job as they can, but they are learning to telling not true if a problem appeared to calm down the guests. It is not good for western people who are disappointed of lies
