A lovely clean and cosy hotel. Good selection of toiletries. Plenty of tea/coffee/milk. Very welcoming arrival and departure. A 2 minute walk into the city shops and a multilevel car park across the road. We will certainly be staying here again.

Great hotel near it all with a great free breakfast”
A sort of oddity, a three-story boutique hotel. run by a woman who has a chain of Western Australia Swedish tea and bakery shops. Yes, there really is a Miss Maud. The rooms are great, although the fact that it is built using two older buildings means that short flights of stairs show up in the hallways. The breakfast buffet is the best I have ever seen—not to be missed. The hotel is just a block from the downtown pedestrian mall, near the harbor, and three blocks from the train station, where you can get your unlimited daily transit pass—bus and rail—to get you to Fremantle in 30 minutes. No pool, no parking—although there is a City of Perth parking structure across the street. Simply one of the best hotel finds ever. Stay there and have breakfast! A highlight of any Perth trip.

Very lucky find”
An older style hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Located walking distance to Eliabeth Quay, London Court, Hay St and St Georges Terrace. Adjoining patisserie for lunch or afternoon tea and restaurant for amazing breakfast smorgasbord. Staff happy to book taxis or shuttle buses and provide info. Highly recommended.

Great Location, Friendly Staff”
First trip to Perth and picking the European Hotel was definitely not a mistake. The hotel is centrally located within the Perth CBD, close to the shopping street as well as the major transportation lines. The room was clean with no major issues except for the hot water system being quite noisy when used, you can even hear when the next room is using the shower. The area is relatively quiet except for Saturday when the nightclub just opposite from the hotel goes till 4am and the clubbers spill onto the street. There are a few convenience stores close by so you aren't lacking for stuff late at night either.

Can't say enough. The staff were super friendly, helpful, flexible, accommodating and went above and beyond in helping us reschedule our booking and make the revised weekend even more special than originally planned. Plus the buffet breakfast downstairs is unbelievably good.

Great place to stay”
Firstly its is clean and neat hotel. Breakfast was awesome. Staff were super polite and friendly. The only thing I felt a little bit on the negative side is that the room is quite compact compared to a few hotels that I have stayed during my few business trips there. But nevertheless, for the breakfast and the value for money, its my number one choice. Kudos.

we stayed with our 6.5 month old baby. Quiet room, large bed to fit 3 of us. Hot kettle given but no microwave oven. Friendly staff, parking $18 for 24 hours. Delicious breakfast.

Easy walk into the centre of the city and Northbridge. Nice friendly staff and clean quiet rooms. Buffet breakfast was amazing as usual. There‘s no onsite parking but I HATE driving into Perth and it was only a 5min walk to the train station. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would happily go there again.

So Close to City Centre”
Big and clean room, great breakfast and so close to the city centre. This hotel is very convenience to move around in the city and Chinatown. You could also take a bus to the Garden City Shopping Centre for a fare of $3.20. If you choose o return within 2 hours, you could use the same ticket for the return journey. Chemist Warehouse is just next door.
