A great hotel, good facilities, great breakfast. A big spacious hotel with surprising level of comfort, a nice spacious room that was clean and well maintained.. Very friendly and helpful staff. Motor bike rental is veery convenient, as the hotel is a bit of a walk from the main Moc Chau town centre. Overall good value.

Not really satisfied”
This is the first time that I stay at Muong Thanh Moc Chau My first impression is the checking in staffs are quite friendly, the room is quite clean. But the "not really good" things are - The room soundproof is not really good as expect, my next neighbors are the team of 5 or 6 peoples which made noise, and i can hear their story really well, so they also break my sleeping. - The Buffet is really really "NOT GOOD" with poor local food and the thing made me really "unsatisfied" is the buffet staff DO NOT bring the used dish after i finished, then the result is my table have around 5 6 dishes after my breakfast. This thing is quite strange & bring my feeling down as I see NO WHERE like this, I've stayed at Phan Thiet, Phu Quoc, Ho Tram, Hue, Da Nang, Nha Trang ...etc but only MT Moc Chau did it. Hope the hotel can make it better. Thanks

Great room and facilities, terrible staff - worst service ever!!!”
Consider this as a 4 star is a big joke! As I stayed there when the hotel just opened over 1 month, the rooms and all facilities are pretty pristine, however, the ''service'' is its worst to offer. Hotel owner needs to seriously TRAIN the staff before opening for business. Reception - pretty so so, restaurant - big let down, the bar - it needs to be shut down. Upon arrival, we were tired and ordered a latte. That was the first big mistake there, the quality of coffee is bad enough that I feel ok if I could throw it to the bartender's face when I complained and he smirked and took my 50,000 dong for that coffee. I went to restaurant intending to order something small to bring up to the room, but spent an hour to explain to the staff why I need to see the menu and I don't already know what they are selling. Explained to one staff that I need to see menu then he went away, another staff , braved for trouble, came asking me what do I want to eat, the cycle repeated. This deranged situation lasted 1.5hrs and I finally could order my basic salad and some bread. Iam pretty sure this is the first time the waitor, who has worked there since opening, see the restaurant menu and because I spent time requesting it. Lunch the next day was another mistake in the same manner, ordered coffee and waited 45 mins for them to boil water for a small cup. Next table sat a group of fag bikers who finished their lunches, and smoked the bong and lied down to sleep on the spot. They just crashed the place like their home. No action from staff till they see us staring at them. Then they asked bikers to crash at the sofas that are like 10m away. Spa - don't try it, unless you are looking for ''a happy ending''. Spa facilities are excellent, the massage room has an ensuite one person Jacuzzi and steam room, the best massage room I have ever seen, but the masseuse is a call-girl, full stop. This hotel has so much potential to be great, but its manpower is bringing it down. P/S: false adv

Second and last stay - New hotel, great facilities and very very clean and comfortable rooms, but there is a very noisy karaoke/ballroom in the hotel, so not recommended if you need to rest and sleep early!

Disspointment ”
The hotel have nothing to complain of but I was very much disappointed with the so call " 4 star" service provided. I check in almost 6pm for the day where check in time is 12pm but when I asked to check out just a little late like 1pm of Sunday. The reception guy didn't even consider If anyone will occupied my room for the day so that he can let me stay a little longer while waiting for my car to come. Immediately said we will charge 30% of the room fee. Where is the consideration suppose to be? I've stayed in different hotel and this is not the way you suppose to treat your guess, I don't mean about the 1 hour check out late but the attitude. I'd be more than happy if he said there is guess coming today so we cannot arrange the room for you. But you can rest somewhere in the hotel like... anw. Just disappointment. Breakfast is limited and keep running out of food. Nothing more to say I've complained to the restaurant manager.
