Good as a budget hotel”
Located in walking distance from all the Chinese breakfast hotspots (e.g. Nam Heong White Coffee, Kedai Kopi Sin Yoon Loong, etc.). Cozy little budget hotel for resting a night.

Right in town, with a Mamak style restaurant downstairs. Location wise it's pretty central. But the room was in fairly poor condition, and very very basic. The beds were comfortable though.

Generally only choose this as the last choice as all other fully booked. Facilities such as air-con remote, shower head were broken. There were ants and cockroaches in the room. Bed sheet has stains on it. Overall the room and toilet was clean.

Overprice in the booking system, rather to walk in straight to get cheaper and better price! No facilities and utensils, just a bed and bathroom, not recommended for vacation, only for emergency stay if you do not have any better choices. Side note: This is to share info that this area is near the little India street and managed by India admin, hence there is a special essence smell when you step into the hotel.

The location is damn good. But the facilities am not happy about it especially the front office staff. Not friendly, and never provide me thebprover equipment before I enter to the room. And I came down from the stairs and ask for the remote control, and etc. The staff face like sour face. I from Penang and this is the first experience that I in check in at Ipoh. Bad experience 😪 won't check in again. Definitely not worth for money.
