We stayed at Nacorn for 1 night only, last November 17, 2017. I was searching at Agoda reviews about affordbale, clean and safe hostel and Bangkok. I also received many recommendations from my frienda but as I read reviews, I was impressed on the feedbacks about Nacorn Hostels. The posted reviews were all right! This hostel is very clean 😍 The staff and owner are very friendly. They even assisted us for calling a taxi outside from Nacorn to airport. FREE LIGHT BREAKFAST -Bread, spread, cookies -Coffee and Milk LOCATION -Near Khaosan Road. You can just walk from Nacorn to the night Market. -Taxi Fare Nacorn Hostel to Phaya Thai MRT station 90 to 135 Baht depends on traffic. If ever we will visit again in Bangkok, we will surely stay again in Nacorn. Best hostel! 🖒 xoxo, Ces Travels

1. Quiet place but nearby Khaosan road, can go to Starbucks in Khaosan road in 3mins. 2. nice staffs, they always help the customers to stay and to travel in BKK well, 3. Nice rooms as a cheap price, 4. Clean and modern interior ^^ BKK is the capital city so I will not recommend this BKK for travelers so much. But I will always recommend NACORN Hostel if my friend go to BKK and want the better place instead of the expensive hotel. Thank you 😊

Just incredible! ”
I'm traveling alone and I found this please in a special price. I didn't expect a lot cause the price, but it was just incredible. Every morning you got free breakfast, bread & bananas, jam, coffee, etc. My dorm was two people one, with air con and it worked perfect. The bed super comfy and every morning someone went inside and tidy up everything for us. Toilets nice and clean but you have to share them. The best of all, is just 10~15 minutes walking to Khaosan Road, so you can go there, party, then back to the hostel where is nice and you can quiet to get a nice sleep. The staff is nice and helpful. Price quality completo worth it. I'll definitely be back there if I'll go again to Bangkok. Thanks guys from Nacorn!!

a definite goto hostel”
The hostel staff is very much human, unlike the ones we see other places. The rooms and restrooms are spacious. For any help, all we have to do is ask, and they will gladly do it! Done of the notable incidents in which they helped me are: 1. Got totally stranded in Central Thailand and since I don't know Thai, they guided the taxi driver to the hostel. 2. Staff also helped me in scanned copies of passport and other documents for thailand stay. Thank you Nacorn hostel. I had a wonderful time and will definitely come to this hostel if I'm in Bangkok!!!

Hospitality at its best”
Mink and Mark are very helpful. They guided us on what to visit in bangkok and the best way to get there. If you want to use public transportation, they know which bus or train to ride, just ask. For taxis, they even know how much we were expected to pay. The location is within walking distance from khaosan road, tip samai (relatively farther but worth the walk since you will pass by a photo-perfect temple when getting home. Not far from grand palace as well. And close to democracy monument where you can ride bus to siam where malls are located. As for the hostel, basic but very neat. Common bathroom but you only share it with three other rooms. Not much of a hassle. Breakfast was basic, but you could have as much as you want. There was no tv, not a big deal for us. They are renovating, so i would expect more improvements. All in all, we had a great stay, thanks to everyone running the hostel.

We stay at 2 nights, 7 people room was nice, great room, but it was renovation at 1st floor, it will be a cafe the staff said to me :) breakfast was standard, we find another breakfast outside the hotel walk bout 15minutes u wil reach KhaoSan Road Overall it was Great stay at Nacorn Hostel

I was visiting a friend not a hostel”
It was a great experience staying at this hostel and i will do it again when i come back. It is the perfekt location because it is so close to everything. Less than 5 Minutes to khaosan road but you can still get a good night sleep. see you next time nacorn hostel.

Good Hostel”
It was pretty hard to find and my taxi driver didn’t knew the location ether. But after asking around for a while i got there. So make sure you got mobile data or look the route up before you’re going. There is a small place outside where it’s nice to take a seat and relax a bit. The place outside is pretty tiny but two chairs only is a bit less. One of the few things that I would like to be changed. The rooms are nice, you got all you need, a pretty comfy bed and a AC that cools the room down. I can’t say something about the hostel lockers because I didn’t use them. The room gets cleaned everyday and you always get a fresh towel. You get a breakfast as well, it’s small but you can’t expect more for the price, go for the jar with the jelly cookies (Only if you’re not on a diet). Everyone working there is very nice. The WiFi works good as well and if not try to change the WiFi (they have 2). You can walk to the khaosan road in like 5 minutes but you still got a nice quiet bed to sleep or relax if you’re not into party. when i get back to bangkok i am going to stay again in this hostel.

Awesome Price, Location, & Staff!!”
First and foremost, it’s a great deal – good price & no additional charges for towels, etc. Awesome location – a short walk to Khaosan Road but far enough to get good sleep away from the partying. As a solo female traveler & night owl, I felt fine walking home alone at night. It’s in a good location to walk to a lot of the tourist attractions or pay for a short, cheap Grab ride. The staff is nice and reliable! I arrived very late and night staff sits out front every night to make sure you get in OK and aren’t out stuck waiting around. New owners recently bought it and they are planning upgrades, etc. Gon (owner) really cares about the customers’ experience. I will definitely book it again when I visit Bangkok. One tip, don’t buy the flower market & train market tour – it’s not authentic at all, just an expensive tourist trap. It’s too much time & money when there are so many great things to see, do, and eat in Bangkok. I recommend the Thai cooking class instead… it was delicious!

Nacorn Hostel was honestly the best hostel experience I've had my entire trip. The hostel was very clean and well put together, however; the thing that made this hostel the best was the staff. The staff were very friendly and willing to help me out in any way possible, coming from Canada I truly felt at home here.

Nacornhostel June 2015”
We had a great stay the the Nacornhostel! We stayed for one night- we were going to another town the next day otherwise we would have definitely stayed longer. The staff (I think the owners?) were awesome! We told them our travel plans for the next morning and the guy (I forget his name) looked up the best places to catch a bus and even printed us out a map with directions written on it. He had definitely gone out of his way to look up info for us. The hostel itself was super clean, we stayed in a double bed private room. The rooms have the potential to be a little loud with road noise depending on where you're facing but i just wore earplugs and it was fine all night. We didn't see anybody else staying at the hostel (it was the low season) so I can't speak to the ambiance/vibe of the hostel in terms of meeting new people, etc. The hostel is in a great location, just a short walk away from the hustle and bustle of koh San road. We felt very safe walking back to the hostel late at night (well lateish for Bangkok) and it's very easy to find. We were pretty bummed we didn't have time in the morning to check out the cafe underneath the hostel! I would recommend this hostel to anybody staying in Bangkok.

I would love to stay again”
This hostel is the best one I've ever stayed. The staff are so kind that they gave me mango for welcome food and when I asked many questions about bus, food, or whatever, they answered even they don't know they searched on website and gave me advise. What a nice staff..so friendly. This hostel is very new so it's very clean. walking distance to Khaosan road and many jazz pub around there. I really enjoyed staying here and I def would stay again when I come to Bangkok.

Cute and convenient”
The bright and bubbly staff were the highlight at the Nacorn. The rooms were rather spacious - basic, but perfectly adequate. The power points were a little too far from the bed to charge your phone and use it at the same time, but honestly if that's the worst thing I can think of about the place then that's saying something :) Great location if you're wanting to check out Khaosan Rd. Bang for your buck indeed~

Good as always but...”
I was really happy to came back to Nacorn hostel after 2 years. And I'll still come back. It has a good position and it has good value. But this year I found out that it was less clean. Not the room (no problem) but the bathrooms. There were 2 dead cockroaches in the first floor bathroom and after 3 days they were still there. I don't mind cockroaches (although they are a bad signal of cleanliness) but seeing them there for so many days signals me that cleanliness needs to be improved. I would also recommend to do some general maintenance (bathrooms, wall paint, details etc) But we'll still came back. We had a wonderful room with river view. There was also a monitor lizard in the canal doing his business!

Sorry about that specific problem, we didn't have a house keeper for a few days so we were struggling with that and our receptionist didn't check it on time. If you ever see this please aproach to front desk and let us know. The hostel it's under new administration and we are aware of the maintance problems, we are going to start with some renovations in August and we expect to have you back any time soon to see all the improvements. Sorry again and we hope to see you soon, Nacorn DM.
Friendly staff and good location”
I stayed in Bangkok for only one night but I could enjoy the night life there! The owner is very heplful and took me to the Khaosan road when I said that I was interested in that road. It's close to it but the hostel is located in the quiet place. I recommend they stay there because of nice staff, good location and its cleanliness.

The team at Nacorn were so lovely, they went out of their way to help me get around, check buses to Krabi and bring the first Aussie guest they gave me a T-Shirt! They are all super cute! The hostel is clean, not far from Khao San Rd but quiet which is nice. They supplied bread, tea and coffee for breakfast. I would recommend staying here.
