Great location, only a few minutes walk from Doi Dep cafe and Coop mart, which is very convenient. My only disappointment is I chose this hotel due to the images of the nice, big gym, but the gym is not open. They need to update the images and remove the gym as a feature of this hotel. Nevertheless, I still like this hotel and would be happy to stay here again. Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful.

The hotel is on the main street in Bao Loc. We got there easily by bus. The staff is polite and kindness. The room is small but clean. the furniture is quite old. But in general, it's a nice hotel in Bao Loc.

Amazing view from the bedroom”
Great hotel, lovely comfortable room. We had a mountain view which was absolutely gorgeous! Central location, along the main street leading into Bao Loc. Helpful staff, clean rooms, nice breakfast. Perfect for a 1/2 day stop to explore BL and the surrounding areas.

Comfortable, New Hotel on the Main Road”
This was a really good stay, with very helpful staff and secure, guarded motorcycle parking. The lunch and breakfast we had here were very good (though they did seem to have closed the kitchen for dinner - there were two BBQ places right outside, so we went to one of those instead). The location was excellent for us, as this was a transit stop between Da Lat and Ho Chi Minh, so being right on the main road a little out of the city centre was handy the next morning. Be aware it's a longish walk out of town if you're without wheels though, and you really need transport to get to the best coffee places in Bao Loc from here. Still, great for our purposes, and super cheap!

New property with clean room”
I will recommend if you depart late from Hochiminh City to Dalat. Bao Loc is the city half way to Dalat. We left HCMC at 4pm. and arrive Bao Loc about 8pm. It is located on the main road. Room is with air-con. We booked rooms with twin beds, nice morning view from the window. Staffs are friendly. We forgot used clothes in the room and they kept it for us.

Definitely right on the money. Big rooms with massage chair, kitchen brand new and well equiped. My family love to stay here everytime we go to Bao Loc. The staff was nice.

Great hotel for a stop through”
Not much to do in town but if you're passing through, I highly recommend this hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Hotel and rooms were clean. There's a very nice gym downstairs as well. Walking distance to the park and many restaurants. Great night's stay.

Beautiful hotel with a big gym!”
We decided to stay here as it was within our budget and there was also a very big gym with all equipment free for use by guests of hotel. Very comfey beds and clean rooms. Kettle and tea provided in room. The staff where helpful and nice. There is also on site parking for cars and motorbikes. Highly reccomend a stay here.

Nice Hotel, Poor Service from Employees”
The woman at the desk made a mistake when we checked in, giving the couple who checked in immediately before us the last "Double Superior" room. She admitted she had made a mistake, but would not require the couple to change rooms, and stuck my girlfriend and I in a small room with no windows for the first night. It was late and I wanted to go to sleep, so I decided to leave it to the morning. In the morning, the staff tried to pass it off as "That was the night staff mistake, we can't do anything about it" which was very frustrating. I had to become angry, and not allow them to help other customers (I kept standing in the way of other customers saying "I am sorry, but they are fixing this mistake first") before they fixed the issue. In the end, they changed my room to the superior room I had originally booked, and I had a fairly pleasant stay. I do not think I would stay here again, purely because of the poor attitude of the employees.

The room was nice, comfortable bed, free wifi. The hotel has the best gym, even some 5 star hotels or professional gyms cant even compared. Very well equipped. Very near to restaurants, cafes, supermarket.

Nice room, clean, location is ok, staffs need to be trained ”
Location is not in heart center but quiet convenient. Receptionist's face always black, never see her smile during 3 days staying there. The cleaning staff show us unhappy face when we couldn't find the tv remote and requested for help to find. In general, this hotel value for money but staffs working attitude need to be improved

Hotel was fine. Breakfast was not included for us. Staff was helpful. The room was small but very adequate. Bathrooms had a single room with shower and all, which worked fine.

Get a high room on the Valley side of the buildong for the best view. We did not try the restaurant.
