Great hotel near Tobu Nikko Train Station”
The room was tidy, and the service was great. The hotel was pretty close to train station and comfortable, made us have a good rest on a cold winter day in Nikko. We arrived at the hotel on 8:30p.m. ,and we informed the hotel our arrival time in English in advance; the hotel staff replied in good English and politeness. The breakfast was free, and there were Japanese curry rice, soup and some vegetables to eat, which was delicious, and made it easier for us to travel on a snowing day. Also, after you checked out, you could temporarily deposit your luggage in the hotel. The staff would give you a number card, which you could use to take back your luggage when you come back to the hotel, which helped us a lot!

A gem in Nikko”
We stayed 3 nights at the hotel when hiking in Nikko. It is just a 3-min walk from Tobu Nikko station, making it very convenient for those who don't drive a car. There is a big local supermarket, about 5 min walk away. We could get cooked food and fresh fruits and salad at the supermarket after a day of hiking. The hotel provides free microwave and a washing machine & dryer(only 200 Yen per wash and washing powder is included). The staff were all very professional, polite and helpful. The room was daily cleaned and housekeeping did an excellent job. Breakfast was amazing, there were some changes daily and food were delicious & plentiful. We loved our stay at Nikkol Station IHotel II so much and will return to the same hotel if we visit Nikko again!

Good hotel near the train station in Nikko”
My husband and I stayed in Nikko for one night and found this hotel was good for our trip. Since we didn't have a car, this was convenient to access from both stations (JR and Tobu stations). Also, they offered complimentary breakfast from 7-9 AM, which was a nice surprise. They said it was a really simple breakfast, so we only expected toast or coffee, but they had hot soup, sausage, rice, and other small dishes as well! Really good value. To access the sightseeing spots, you just have to take the Tobu bus which is in front of Tobu-Nikko station, a short walk from the hotel. The hotel held our luggage for us for the whole day after we stayed so we could do some sightseeing. Great service! I would say the only thing to be careful of is that Nikko is a bed town, and most shops and restaurants close by 5. Please check ahead and make sure you have dinner secured for when you stay! The hotel only has snacks and instant noodles in the vending machine and a microwave to heat it up. There is no place to cook, so please keep that in mind.

Always a good choice!”
I have stayed in this hotel a few times over the last 5 years, whenever I visit Nikko and will always keep staying there, unless it is fully booked. The bed is comfortable, clean and the staff are great. There's also complimentary breakfast for guests. it is very noear the Nikko Tobu Station, JR Nikko Station and Main bus stop for Nikko. It is also near the Lion D'or Supermarket which is about the only place that is Open til late in Nikko.

Great location! Just a block away from the station. There’s a big supermarket a few mins walk away. Rooms are big and clean, free coffee/tea at the lobby. Breakfast is included.

Hotel is very near the Tobu-Nikko train station and there is a huge supermart less than 2 minutes away. The only thing that could be better is the hot cold water tap. Do not touch the metal spout if hot water is being dispense as it can cause scalding.

Comfortable Stay”
Very near train station, bus station, and big grocery. Vending machines (cup noodles and drinks) available at the lobby. Microwave also available for use. Our reservation didn’t have breakfast but they gave us coupons still. We did say that we didn’t reserve breakfast but they said it’s complimentary. Available for breakfast buffet are cereals, bread, sausage, french toast (these are all i can remember, I believe there’s more). Room not very small but not big either. Good enough for 2. Bed is comfortable for us. We liked that there’s window in the room. Enough sockets in the roof to charge our gadgets, too. Lockers are available for guests upon check out. We asked the reception if we could keep our luggage at the hotel until we leave at lunch time but they gave us 500 JPY instead for locker use. Overall, we had a superb stay!

Close to Tobu Nikko Station with decent free breakfast”
Only 2 blocks way from Tobu Nikko Station with a big supermarket at the other end of the main street. Staffs are very polite and friendly. Pleasantly surprised to know the hotel does provide free buffet breakfast that taste pretty good and comes with quite a few selections including salad, bread, sausages and scrambled eggs. The room size is adequate for Japan with very good heater, fast wifi and strong shower. The only downside is the slightly shaky mattress and my room felt a bit dusty. Overall a great value stay with good location.

Excellent budget hotel with great service”
The hotel is located near to the Tobu-Nikko station and bus stop from which all the major bus lines run. Service staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean.

Quite new, near the railway stations, and town main street, and offers bag storage for the last day. The main tourist areas are at the other end of town, but that is a pleasant walk away. While going up, look for your next restaurant to visit.

Good clean room, larger than I expected. And so close to Kannai Station! An excellent place to stay if you're exploring Nikko. Pity there's no attached onsen, but the price is really cheap!

Great place and value for money”
Stayed there for a night after staying 3 day’s at lake Chuzenji. Great place and location to stay when visiting NIKKO temples. Very clean, 2 min walk from train station, 30 min walk to the main temples and Main Street with restaurants and shops. Would stay there again.
