Rooms are clean, sound proof is decent. They should however provide iron for guests. They provide charged ironing services instead. Suggest to improve on this and at least give guest a choice. First time facing this issue.

Location, comfort,good price”
Location is good for exploring city and stay in quite area (next to hospital and close to japan town in district 1). Room is quite nice in size and amenities. I also love the view from my room (looking to Northedam Church). Staff at reception and luggage store are very helpful. Price is okay for the size and comfortable.

Rooms were good and the pool was great and looked out over the Saigon River. Breakfast was a nice buffet. The staff at this hotel were really fantastic. They were so helpful, cheery and thoughtful. Reception staff had very good English and were very happy to assist in any way.

Everyone in the staff has been extremely nice, very welcoming and helping us throughout the whole stay. They have accommodated specific needs of my breastfeeding wife which made this the best reception we had on such conditions. Location is great, the gym is on point functional and breakfast is very convenient and enjoyable.

For location, price and cleanliness its excellent. However its severly let down by 2 huge issues. 1. AC - It takes 2 hours ++ for the AC to bring room temperature down. Very uncomfortable for this level of Hotel. 2. Breakfast is quite poor. Staff try really hard and were lovely, but the selection and options was poor and most of the buffet cold. I want to praise the staff here. Concierge and breakfast team were fantastic. Super healpful and great to support. Fix the AC and a better breakfast and this will be a great hotel

Many restaurants and spa nearby. I wasn't satisfied with the check in service when I arrived which I was waiting for so long after I submitted my passport to the receptionist, then I found there's guests arriving after me but checked in earlier than me. I was so upset for the situation, but I realized it's because of the shortage of the staff, I saw the receptionist working for a long time until midnight, I think the hotel should hire more employees to cover the reception affairs in such of busy season. Overall, it's good hotel.
