Basic rooms, clean and tidy - out of the way but an easy walk to White Palace 1km - no breakfast available had to walk to White Palace to find breakfast. 400thb taxi from airport, 300thb return journey (via grab taxi).

Bed problem”

Pillow is too hard, mattress is too soft .

1. Less breakfast . And very late & not enough. And very poor additional bed! Pay extra but waste ”

Outside Ching Rai”

We found Northstar toward the end of a motorbike trip. It's near the White Temple, a good location for exploring outside of the city. You definitely need your own transportation to stay here. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Must have own transport (car/motor bike - can rent at city/bus station/ airport). Location near Wat Rong Khun as about 1.6km to the hotel. Another attraction - The Khun Kon Water falls just 17km away from the hotel. Nice place to relax and holiday. Car or bike can just park in front of the room. The hotel staff are friendly and very homely person.

Not too bad place if you want to stay close to some of the close by attractions, otherwise move on. A hotel with no breakfast or restaurant services ... a bit strange. Also the very soft foam mattresses are not up to normal accommodation standard ...

don't ever choose this hotel unless you have a car. the tuk tuk do not know where it is. the hotel is located around 13km off chiang rai city.

ทำเลดีมาก ใกล้ทั้งสิงห์ปาร์คและวัดร่องขุ่น ห้องน้ำมีกลิ่น สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในห้องน้ำมีแค่ครีมอาบน้ำกะผ้าขนหนู ถ้า รร รีโนเวทให้ดีกว่านี้จะดีมากค่ะ

ทานข้าวต้ม กับไข่ดาวเย็นๆ2วันติด ลูกค้าท่านนึงต้องบอกว่า ไม่ได้เรื่องมากนะคะช่วยอุ่นข้าวต้มให้หน่อยได้มั่ยเพราะมันเย็นมาก เปนเศษข้าวต้มเหลือๆด้วย ส่วนห้องพักโอเคค่ะยังพอสะอาดอยู่

ห้องพักไม่ค่อยสะอาด มีฝุ่นตามโต๊ะ ตู้ และตามมุมห้อง ตอนเช็คอินเข้าที่พักเรากับเพื่อนแจ้งว่าจะขอเช็คเอาค์เลทเป็นตอนประมาณ 1 บ่ายของอีกวัน เนื่องจากไปร่วมงานวิ่งรายการหนึ่ง ซึ่งพนักงานรับทราบและแจ้งว่าอย่าเลทเกินนี้นะคะ แล้วก็ไม่ได้แจ้งอะไรต่อ พอถึงเวลาเช็คเอาท์กับถูกยึดเงินมัดจำค่ากุญแจบอกเช็คเอาท์เกินเวลาที่กำหนด ซึ่งเป็นการเอาเปรียบลูกค้า แถมพูดจาไม่ดี (ตย.แค่ยึดเงินมัดจำอย่างเดียวก็ดีเท่าไหร่แล้วที่ไม่คิดค่าห้องเพิ่มอีก 1 วัน ใช้น้ำเสียงและทำกริยาไม่ดีเลย) จริงๆ แล้วถ้าพูดจาดีๆ และอธิบายว่าทำไมถึงจะยึดเงินมัดจำเรากับเพื่อนก็พร้อมรับฟังและจะไม่ว่าอะไรเลยถ้าจะยึดเงินมัดจำเราก็ยินดี

ตอนเลือกเพิ่มเตียงเสริมใน agoda ระบุไว้ว่าเตียงคู่ แต่สรุปไม่มี มีเตียงใหญ่ 1 เตียง ส่วนคำว่าเตียงเสริมของรีสอร์ทนี้คือ (ที่นอนเบาะปูพาหมอน1ใบ และปูนอนที่พื้น) แถวบ้านผมไม่เรียกว่าเตียงเสริม!
