New hotel in Cikarang ”
This hotel located in strategic location, just next to exit tol Cikarang Barat. Hotel was newly open, clean and the room is spacious. The pool is unique with factory view and highway which is you can't find in any other hotel though. Complete facilities and delicious food served on breakfast menu. The staffs in reservation desk and restaurants was friendly and responsive but in the swimming pool there were several rules and sometimes makes confusion. For example: Visitor need to register in different floor before swimming and wore bracelet, I assume this is for limit the person in the swimming pool. Pool towel also available in different floor with the pool. The lady guard or security lady in the swimming pool need more friendly and patience with all visitor when she explained the rules applied. Despite all the rules, I personally appreciate the pool guard who is really paid attention to all the visitor and make sure their safety. Definitely we will back again to stay in this hotel. Thanks

Nuanza has it all! Prepare your cc or debit card for deposit, enjoy your welcome drink while you relax in the lobby. You will be welcomed with spacious and clean room. Cold air conditioner and nice warm bath. Great selection of breakfast, yummy in room menu (try the yaki gyoza!), nice jacuzzi and pool. Bring your swimsuit because Nuanza doesn’t allow you to wear casual wear inside their pool (which is good) and no smoking pool terrace (very important for kids)! We love and enjoy our staycation! Truly a slice of heaven. Beautiful rooms that are creatively appointed, comfortable and with attention to style details. The bed is very comfortable, The bathroom too. Thank you. Excellent staff and clear in courtesy, registration and excellent service. All staff are patient, friendly. The food was great too, located in the dining area with a lovely selection of seating areas. Great selection of cereals, sushi, juices, cooked meals and the best pizza! We've come several times. because my son really likes to swim here. the swimming pool is very beautiful. Lots of spots to take pictures. This hotel is the perfect place to rest, and make us grateful. Thank you. We will definitely be back

I recently stayed this hotel for a week and this is probably the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed around bekasi area. Hotel Staffs were absolutely kind and gets you the best services you need. My favorite part of this hotel was the Japanese sauna and everyone of you guys need to experience it. I just felt like it was most comfortable hotel I’ve experienced and hope you guys will take my advice!!

I really like the hotel design, look modern, luxury and super clean. The room quite large and great design. The breakfast many variance of food, however, they only provide black coffee, hopefully next time I can get capucino or latte.
