Great get away”

The couple that own it have done a great job in the upgrades in the rooms. The place had a great beach vibe to it and would definitely return there on our next trip back to the area.

Would like darker curtains”

The room was very bright at night with the lights on outside which came through the top glass windows. Found it difficult to sleep. Staff were very friendly however and the place clean.

Slept outside”

I was driving up from Sydney to Brisbane and was going to stay over night at Ocean Breeze before continuing my driving up to Brizzy the next morning. I called up and doubled checked that it was ok for me to arrive after midnight. I got an ok and booked the room. Me and my friend arrive in the middle of the night. Call up the number we had been given and nothing..no one picked up. We had to stay in the car......tired as we woke up the next morning at the car spot outside of room..we left an informing note on the door of the reception since we left before 7am. The money wasn't the problem,I just wanted to have a good night sleep so the rest of the drive up to the GC would have been a safe and alert drive. They didn't even bother calling me back.

Great little motel”

Great value for money right near beach and bowlo, 15 min walk to town centre. Lovely staff, comfy bed and free very nice coffee. Small bathroom but other than great value for money

Nice free flow of lavazza coffee”

Stayed here for one night on our road trip back to Gold Coast. We had a room with queen bed and balcony. The room is small but clean and tidy. The shower is good too. It has everything that a motel needs. There’s a coffee machine which you can enjoy a coffee whenever you want, it’s really a bonus! We made ourselves a coffee early in the morning and enjoyed it on our road trip. Recommend.

The motel is okay. The room is big enough , but it will be better to have air conditioners in the bedrooms. Moreover, the cups are a bit stinky.

Exceptional”

The room was dated but it was exceptionally clean, quite large and completely self contained. The option is there if you want to cook or order in or eat out. The beach is across the street and very central to everything. The lady in reception was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this motel and would love to stay again.

Comfortable Stay”

We stopped over for 1 night & it was a comfortable stay in a great location. The only downfall was the kitchen & bathrooms are still going through renovations & do need some TLC, but overall a clean & comfortable stay.
