Exceptional”
I like the food experience Breakfast and Dinner was great. The Onsen in the picture is no longer there please change your picture the old onsen is good enough maybe changing the days for men and women onsen to experience both side. Need to add WIFI in the rooms please fix that. Thank you

The hotel has seen brighter days but it’s old time flare is charming. The staff is super friendly and accommodating to all our needs. The dinner and breakfast are feasts of the finest kind! I am pescatarian and the cook was nice to changed my menus and it was no problem at all. The onsen is small but charming and a trat after hiking in the beautiful surroundings.

friendly staff ”
i booked okunikko konishi hotel but when arrived there to call for picking up at somewhere near the hotel and just found out that the hotel was not what i had booked. The hotel name is okunikko konishi hotel but they did not have our booking number. it was another hotel called okunikko kogen hotel. There is next to the hotel. i did not what was wrong between them. i stay at okunikko kogen hotel. it is a nice hotel and staff are very friendly. our dinner is full of various tasty food. There is near to bus stop 46. it is very convenient.

We would love to return here and stay longer next time. Breakfast was good, staff very courteous and helpful, the Onsen was lovely and there was lovely scenery. The courtesy bus was a real advantage

Classic Japanese Onsen Hotel”
We stayed here for 1 night. Location: 3/5 If you're interested in the entirety of Nikko, this will be a rather inconvenient place as it is quite far from the main attractions. However, if you like peace and quiet, the area of OkuNikko is a fantastic place as there's a nearby lake with plenty of nature surrounding it. Rooms: 3/5 The rooms were very big. However, they were a little dated in design. The staff in the hotel was kind enough to provide us with tumbler full of cold water and an electric hot pot full of hot water. However, the internals of the electric hot pot leaves it to be desired. Staff: 5/5 The staff guiding us to the room was excellent. He ensured that we had the right sized Yukatas for our stay. Facilities: 3/5 Unfortunately, the onsen leaves much to be desired as the floor was rather slippery and a layer of slime was present. The shower was caked full of minerals that had hardened around it. The water of the onsen was extremely cloudy which may indicate that their onsen water is full of concentrated minerals (not sure if that's a good or bad thing). I've stayed in other onsens before that was less cloudy than this. Value for Money: 3/5 Conclusion: If you're looking for a quiet place to relax with nature, this is a rather good location with attentive staff. If you're here for the onsens, I would suggest finding other locations.

スタッフにネィチャーガイドがいてアドバイスが的確だった。白根山登山を計画していたが、帰りのバスが限られていて、山頂に1時までに着かないようであれば引き返した方が良いとのアドバイスがあり、もっと先を行きたい気持ちを抑えて途中で引き返したが、そのおかげで最終バスに間に合った。 それ以外にも、スタッフは全員とても親切だった。また泊まりたいと思った。

年明けに家族四人（子供は9歳、6歳）で訪れました。東武日光駅から、無料の送迎バスで約一時間で到着。丁度雪が降っており、子供達は大興奮。スキー場もホテルから近いので、ついてすぐに無料のソリを借りてソリ滑りエリアで遊びました。ネイチャーツアーも宿泊者割引で、お得に体験でき雪山を散策。動物の痕跡を見つけたり、天然の雪を使ったかき氷を食べて大満足でした。 ホテルの設備は少し古いですが、お風呂の脱衣所はリフォームされており綺麗でした。粉雪が降る中での露天風呂は最高‼︎ 食事も充実しており、ニジマスの姿焼きは子供も、骨まで完食するぐらいとても美味しかったです。 スタッフの方も親切で、バスに乗り遅れそうになったのですが、バス停まで車で送って頂きとても助かりました。とてもアットホームな感じのホテルなので、機会が有れば次も利用したいと思います。

とにかく古臭くてビックリです。写真とは違いすぎていてついてビックリ！廊下はお化けでも出そうなほど薄暗くて しかし、お食事には満足しました。美味しかったです。 温泉も古いけど気持ちよかったです
