Amazing Journey”
This is the first time i stayed here. However i had a lot of sweet memories that will nerver forget in my life. helpful staff, delicious dishes as well as fresh air made me feel comfortabe. They invited me to take part in their party, They also helped me to book amazing tour and helped me to book transportation. So i felt like at home not travelling. So if I have an opportunity to come back ha long city, I sure that i will choose Orestay to charge my battery after long travel distances. Thanks for all!

Me and my friend stayed here 1 night and felt so good and wanted to extand but the hotel was overloaded :( Everything was so excellent, nothing to complain at all. The breakfast is so amazing, especially beef noodle and many kinds of fresh fruits. They have common space for everyone to enjoy the atmosphere and talk to people from all around the world. The location is perfect, beach view, so helpful staffs, clean and worth it!! Definitely come back here !!

We stayed here for a long time because of the corona crisis. Orestay is a beautiful place with a very nice garden and breakfast space. The rooms are big, modern en very clean. Dao is a great host, she can help you with anything you want. We had a great stay here and would recommended it.

Nice 6-bed dorm room, clean, warm during the freezing winter, clean bed and comfy mattress, patio area is great for city view in the morning. And more to experience yourself once you’re there!

Double King Room has no private bathroom.”
The photos and description are misleading. The double King room has not private bathroom. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. The pictured balcony is also not a private balcony. It’s a shared balcony. The actual room that is private to you is less than 10 square meters. Enough room for the bed and a small seating area. The hotel is more of a hostel and it’s located on top of a hill so you have to walk up some steep includes to get to it.

i was so happy when i stayed here. Staff was so friendly. They invited us to take part in their party, they booked halong bay tour for us as well as booked transportation to reach other our destination. Breakfast was delicious and music was amazing. Nothing to complain except for the nation-wide common fact that everything in Halong in particular and in Vietnam in general has been detrimentally impacted by covid; therefore, very few services are offered and few places are open for travelers especially during the winter season. This accommodation, however, is a must-try place in Halong due to all of its properties and maintained hospitality. Thank you for keeping my trip valuable despite the bad timing and covid effects.

The place is a bit far from center and the restaurant area but has a good view. The staff will also go an extra mile to help you. There wasnt a lot of tourists during this time cause of the virus but it was still good to see ha long bay.

The homestay is situated a bit on hilly areas and it is difficult to walk onto there. But environment is really nice and the hosts are very cordial. Food is good. But housekeeping service was not as expected. AC was on demand service. Overall good for solo/group travelers. But for couple, they have another building with better facilities.
