          Not worth it ”

          1) The room was spacious but it looked run down and not well maintained. We were greet by baby roaches as soon as we enter the room. 2) I paid the price of rm85 but the room was dirty. Plug and water heater not functioning. Tv only got 2 hazy channels. 3) There’s no special parking for guest at the hotel. Park at your own risk beside a busy road just after a roundabout. 4) My wife fell down the stairs because the steps are uneven, slippery and got no hand rails. 5) The staff who saw my wife fell down the stairs didn’t help or even ask if she’s okay. Sorry to say but this is the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had so far. Definitely not worth the money.

          When I arrived at the hotel, the staff informed that the rooms were fully occupied and not reserved for me due to their system problem. Fortunately they refund my money and I managed to get room in Primula Beach Resort.

          quite cheap, but not recommended”

          the location was strategic as its located near the restaurants and Pantai batu buruk. however, very limited parking space, need parking coupon or else youll be fine by MBKT. room not well maintained, the bedsheets were not clean (have blood spots on it), and there was a big COCKROACH wandering around while we were lying on the bed. zzz. !the room does not even havee cupboard or hanger to hang your clothes.. plus you can only watch one tv channel huhu. price was quite cheaper if you walk in. (booking online doesnt include gst so u have to pay at the coounter).

          Our bathrooom had a giant hole on the ceiling. But other than that, everything is fine. Helpful staffs, they helped me look for my missing watch after I checked out and helped to post it to me. So helpful and nice.
