Everything was fine except for the TV and CR. TV didn't have any signal and the CR has slow water and the heater was not working. Overall it was a pleasant experience

Simple and clean”
The place was simple and clean the down side is that the wifi was a bit slow, the shower water was just drizzling so heater cannot activate. Also we were located on a room with windows that is in a right angle but the curtains does not fully cover the window. We had to improvize to have the curtains connect by adding a clip. The staff were friendly and place is just walking distance to the main road. Pretty ok stay.

I went back and forth regarding writing a review. I did not want to, as the staff is extremely nice and very helpful. All of them including the security guard make you feel welcome and relaxed. Very few hotels have a staff that connects with their guests so well. The problem I have is the cleanliness. The hotel is fairly new and a nice looking building,..My first stays there the newness of the hotel hid that it was not being cleaned well..Walking into the lobby and you will see the furniture is soiled looking, the floors are not swept well. The walls appear to never be clean, They are all starting to look bad . Getting into the elevator and it clear it's never cleaned or swept And mopped. My room was a big let down. Going into the bathroom and you can tell it's not been cleaned in a long time..The mirror was very dirty with soap marks, the walls, door, and shower walls were all dirty. the ceiling fan was dirty..The area under neath the sink was just filthy..The bathroom had not been swept in a long time ..Hair was all over and on top of the drain cover which just looks nasty..The walls in the room were all looking dirty, and some very dirty. The curtains were dirty, the windows dirty, and the floor was clearly not mopped or swept. I was worried about the bedding, but thank God that looked very good. Clean and it had a pleasant smell. The internet was out and had been for 3 weeks. The selection on t. v. Is like 4 channels. It feels like someone just gave up on the hotel. The rubber molding at the bottom of the wall where it meets the floor is falling off and just taped on.. After my last stay I don't think I will go back. I wrote this as accurate as I remember..When I book a new hotel, i count in the reviews.
