The room hygiene issue was bring to counter on second day... The cleaner did housekeeping the room, but still got food residue, snack plastic & cockroach below the bed... The cleaner no serious carried out her job...

It is very disappointing stay. The linen not been changed, hair and smells weird. AC not cool, it seems you are staying in a room with fan. Although I have called OYO customer service and complaint, no actions been taken. Pictures shown is not as per reality!

The worst Oyo hotel ever”
Bad attitude receptionist, too busy watching movie.. room full of cockroaches, stay to believe guys.. the most nightmare I got in this room.. dirty bedsheet and towel.. disappointed with OYO standard.

Great place . With great staff . Checkin time is 2pm but we arrived around 1.20pm . the staff very friendly and give us early checkin . Due to we just arrived from kota kinabalu . Hotel very near with Ujana kewangan and restaurant .

Pleasant stay, beds are comfy, room is clean. We check out very early but front desk staff was not at the counter at that time so we simply left the key at their counter desk.
