Although it's cheap, but totally not worth for every penny, even staff asking money to buy food, multinational aircon, slow running water for bath, smelly pillow, bed bugs and ants everywhere. Cheap but not worth the money, this should be free.

If you can cancel it with your money refunded, CANCEL PLEASE!”

1. Location - the location of this hotel is shoddy and it's between two buildings, but that's not the worst part... From 1.30am to 6.20am, we could not sleep because of the motorcycle and car illegal racing on the street just beside our room. It was so loud and so incredibly ear grating especially when you are trying to sleep. If you're a light sleeper, chances are you're not getting any sleep if you choose to stay here. 2. Cleanliness completely different from as advertised: - Pillow and bed sheets has suspicious stains all over. Not to mention dust, and also SMALL DARK CURLY HAIR. - Curtains are yellow and with spots and stains. - Ironically, the toilet is the cleanest room during my stay. 3. Facilities - bring your own water as they don't provide any complimentary water, nor a water heater - bring your own soap, the ones they give is pretty sad, two round flat bars of soap in the size of Oreo cookies - the room is pretty bare bones basic as it can go, so don't expect it to come with ironing board and kettle - there's a tv with 3 channels on it For the price or if you're only staying for one night, or out of desperation, i guess it's okay. But be careful around that area during night!

Worst hotel ”

Strongly not recommended to stay at this hotel. Very2 bad service... Staff could not communicate well in Malay let alone in English. Smelly room, bedsheet got holes here and there, also looks dirty. The water heater not functioning and the toilet door also need to repair. After 12 midnight they will lock the door grille and you need to wake up the staff to open it. Really2 so incovinient. This is the worst hotel I have ever stay and strongly not recommended at all. No wonder they can offer lower price per night. This hotel should be listed out from the list. I truly regret staying at this hotel. We checked out early at midnite on our 2nd night. Could not stand to stay longer. What a very worst experience we had. This hotel should be rated 0 out of 10....

Staff are so rude, no manners ”

I was late of check in because I have a friend birthday dinner, and when I check in the moment I’m actually out of cash and I just left rm8 with me.. then the stuff was requested deposit rm50.. I do begging him said that actually u can just hold my ID card or whatever.. because I really not familiar that area which he ask me to go windrow money at ATM.. HELLO.. IS 12.30AM!!!!! AND HAVING RAINING!!!! I will never ever visit again.. such a terrible hotel.. and I do check out after check in an hour.. damn angry

Worse, don't book”

Smelly and super dirty. I'm not a picky person but the dirtiness is on another level. Oily floor, stained bedsheets and mouldy wall. I think they purposely did not clean the room so the guest will check out on the spot. So bad i wish i could give 0 star

Bad service”

Ask extra charge at counter without any receipt. No drink, no soap, aircoditioning failed and toilet no water, need to ask counter if you Want to use it.

Worse hotel I ever been, no tv, bad service & not even have soap in the room. When I ask for soap, the counter said they don't provide soap. I check in at 5pm and I check out at 8pm the same day, I check in to another hotel that night because the room are so dirty. the worse hotel experience of my life.
