AC not cool. Room is dirty, there is pen / mark left on the wall. Its far from place to eat. You also need to pay 15k for access card to park your car

When I arrived the bed sheet was full of stain, some of hair was present below the blanket (seems not cleaned after the prev guest check out), the bathroom and WC also had so many stain and dirt. Never come again.

Toiletries are not provided in the toilet,towel is not prepared so we must head down to the receptiont for requesting and front desk has less attitude such as expression is less polite when we ask towel and etc.room size is great and flexible for the Check out time ,i feel superb in here but for a few subjects be pleased to re construct to be better services .price and room size are superb,i love it.houskeeping must re check after cleaning up the room.thanks

Worst experience ever!”
The staff is rude, the building is really dirty and old. Very shock when i enter the room, it's really dark and smell weird. The bathroom is scary and the water sprayer is broken. The bedsheets is dirty the tv is broken too also the ac sound like it's going to blow out. I only stay for 30 minutes and just check out because i can't stand being inside the room. Please save your money and just book other hotel nearby like swissbellin etc. Not recomended and one of the worst room i ever stay for 30 minutes.

Worst experience ever”
I went there at 2pm, there was a long queue for check in so I wait for around 30 minutes. When I finally arrived at the room the sheets are so dirty it's disgusting like it never been cleaned since it's first use. There's stain everywhere and I couldn't bring myself to sleep there. I asked for staff to change sheet at least 3 times, but no one came. There's no standard amenities like toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo etc. The towel is smelly and there's no bathroom mat. In balcony there's a lot of remaining of cigarette. It really such a waste of money
