Love the place and it's just 5 mins away from the airport. We were just charged extra for having an 8-year old kid which is the part I got quite disappointed because he shared the bed with us anyway and there was no free breakfast. Nonetheless, the place is nice and quiet.

Good to go on a Budget ”
Property is nice. Close to beach. Staff is great and is very clean. No real food on the premises. It’s pretty well booked and is not that big but is quiet. For the money it’s great. We wanted to rent the villa and we had some booking issues. So be careful as there are no refunds and it is difficult to get any resolution on site.

Loved the general ambience ”
The hotel is tucked away in a nice quiet area., close to a laundry shop and food eatery. Love the hotel ambience. Rooms were simple and clean. Wished there was hot water though which is almost a must for me if I am staying for more than 1 night.

This hotel has so many rules that you have to personally sign on. Then they charge 500 php on my 5 year old son. And 1000 php if we need an extra bed. And the AC in my room was not working. Then they gave me a moveable AC. But very nosing. Overall it is a bad experience.

Awesome Summer Getaway!”
We had an amazing summer getaway in Bohol. We stayed in this hotel for 3days&2nights in one of their villas. The kids love our "home" in this resort, with the kiddie pool almost all to themselves...pool was clean and deepness was just right and perfect for the kids. Facilities inside the villa was useful. Our stay in Panglao Homes was great. It was near the Alona Beach. They can arrange tours for your group. They offer different packages for tours. How we wish we could stay for a little longer in Bohol. The breakfast in our accommodation package was not included but they have variety of menu to choose from and deliver it at your room. The room is clean and the surroundings was very quiet perfect for relaxation. It can surely help you enjoy the nature and your stay. I will recommend Panglao Homes because they were accommodating, friendly and their rate is affordable plus the internet access is free! :)

A Family of 7 Adults and 1 kid”
The stay was great! We enjoy it a lot. The Staff are friendly and we feel secured. The owner is approachable too. The only down side is that we thought there is a free shuttle going to the nearest beach. We ended up renting our own transportation going around since the resort is far from the happening place (Alona beach) and restaurants. Good thing they have swimming pool, so our little boy definitely had a great time. Next time, we will try the Villas where you can cook your food. Thanks for the great experience Panglao Home Resort!

Just to clarify; yes we had before free shuttle service going to alona area, but we stop it because of security reason, but since it is a little distance about 3-5 minutes ride with a vehicle for a small amount, we think it was not a big deal for you. Quietness at a cheap price”
We reserved Panglao Homes through Agoda for the price of 38 euros. For that price, we had a real little house with kitchen, cable TV, high speed internet, private terrace and a pool that we shared with the 5 other houses...it's still 30 minutes walking from the beach (or 5 minutes with motorcycle or bicycle) but you have the big advantage of avoiding the noise and hassle of Alona Beach. If you have the money, it's really the most perfect base to explore Bohol. 100% recommandable.

One of the best small resorts I saw lately...”
First of all: I returned here a second time cause i liked it all over all very much. And I am originating from the tourism industry... ;-) Very quiet and clean and they do everything to feel you home. And I felt home, all the time! When u enter the resort u feel a somehow "german accuracy" ;-) in garden and rooms. As i said; "one of the best I saw lately in regard of cleannes, maintenance and quiet comfort". Although I would not say it is a 4-star resort (clearly overrated by Agoda - their problem !) it is very well worth the money u pay !! Some bad reviews of that nice place I really do not agree with: E.g. The distance from the beach and the restaurants are clearly mentioned in the hotel description. Why then give a bad remark if u know upfront that it`s not "beachfront" ? They have very well maintained scooters to rent for a reasonable price. If u can't drive urself, take their shuttle to Alona and come back by 50/60 Pesos. In their little restaurant they sell breakfast and the fridge is stocked. If some complain about the prices for the drinks (which are just normal for a hotel/resort), just buy ur own. I will come back at my next visit in the Phil's, thats sure. At least the experienced traveller will very well appreciate all the little amenities here.

I feel great to stay here for 3 nights! 4 of us could stay in 1 villa w/ 2 bedroom, there even has a kitchen in the villa! Richy and his wife are so nice! we swim & watch stars in the swimming pool at night, that's called home! that's called life! I will definitely choose this hotel again if I back to Panglao! we have so many beautiful memories there. I love this place!

Good value for money”
Our stay was really good. The staff were nice and accommodating as well as the owners. The villa was so huge, internet was fast and the surrounding was clean. Panglao Homes is 10-15 minutes away from Alona White Beach - too far to walk but close if you rent a motorbike. They have motorbikes you can rent for 500/day - we rented ours for 3 days but only paid 500 because we were only using it 3-4 hours a day either to go to Alona Beach, go to a restaurant (they dont have restaurant so you have to go out but there's heaps of local restaurants around) or just roam around

Quiet relaxing place away from the crowds”
We stayed at Panglao Homes a week while we were diving, and although the location is a bit further away from the beach (10 minutes on a scooter) we enjoyed spending our time in a tranquil little place a bit more removed from the center of all the action. The homes are simple but clean, with a spacious porch. Breakfast is great, although not included. There's a small pool which was nice, and hammocks to hang out on nearby. Owner was lovely and very friendly offering us excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby and the like. Overall, would definitely recommend for those who like the quieter side of Bohol.

We had a great stay here, the staff were very helpful and brought us water and candles when the thypoon came and the power was cut. This place is a jem I will almost deffenatly be booking here again when I go back to the Philippines. It was the best of six places we stayed in by a country mile. I hope it has a villa when I get back to Panglao Island.

We made a last minute, random decision to stay here and it was the best decision we could have made! We completely lucked out with Panglao Homes. Perfect location - far enough away from Alona beach that we didn't feel like we were staying in the middle of a busy tourist spot, but close enough that we could still be down there within 5 minutes (by motorbike) to grab dinner. The rooms were spacious and the entire resort was impressively clean. Most of all, we loved the staff! The ladies at the front desk were so friendly and helpful that we decided to extend our stay an extra 3 days. Thanks to everyone at panglao homes for making us feel right at home. We were sad to leave!

This was my second visit to Panglao Homes. We are having a big group of family trip with mix of old folks and baby children about 20 people. The staff here are super friendly, patient and helpful. The room is clean. It is quite and peaceful. Would recommend for those who are looking for quite and on a friendly budget family stay, this is definitely a great choice.

Quiet, comfortable Property”
If going to Panglao Island to see Alona beach and do some diving, this is a good place to have your base. It's a 30 min. casual walk to the beach (which I did several times) or you can hire a tricycle or take the hotel's free shuttle (which unfortunately leaves only at 11, 1, 3 and 5 and does not offer return service). My room was kept very clean, and the hotel pool is a nice size to float in or do a few laps. Breakfast is served at the hotel (not free) and I thought it was good but not a big selection. It would be nice if they'd also serve lunch and dinner, or even some snacks, because one may not always feel like making the trek to the beach. The wifi they offer is only for the lobby and poolside, and may or may not reach into your room. If it's important to be connected, buy a SIM card when you get to Manila with plenty of data for your stay. Ask the staff for recommendations on tours, go to the beach itself to select a diving company.

We enjoyed our stay at Panglao Homes. The villas were well equipped so we were able to just bring food from outside and eat at the villa. Cooking is also allowed. The place was quiet and relaxing. Wifi was strong. Owners were nice and friendly. Good value for money.
