This centrally located hotel in Bur Dubai is just a 3-minute walk from Sharaf DG metro station. The friendly and helpful staff, including the manager Salim, provide excellent service. Enjoy delicious and well-priced food, including a tasty breakfast and amazing room service. The clean and spacious rooms offer a peaceful atmosphere and beautiful surroundings.
Few guests reported room issues such as insects, dust, and broken facilities. Delays in response time & maintenance planning led to water supply and Wi-Fi issues.

This was my 3rd time staying at Panorama. Excellent location, 5 mins walk Sharaf DG metro station, several eateries and restaurants 24 hrs, shopping centers and malls, taxis available 24 hrs and central location a 10 mins drive to sheikh Zayed road. There is a Bar and disco on the ground floor, and a restaurant also. Staff is very helpful and courteous. Mr. Kareem at the reception was exceptionally helpful and courteous. I will stay here again.

I stayed for 1 day on November 1st on Diwali day in dubai. The room was so spacious and excellent wood work it is like a apartment stayed in road facing above reception/lobby room. Had inhibition but my experience was best. Neat, clean and no complaint. This is genuine feedback as I am giving all positive. Highly recommended to choose panorama hotel.
