Awesome place to stay in Singapore ”
This was a fantastic property to stay at in Singapore. The apartment was spacious and with 2 teenage kids there was plenty of room. The facilities: pool gym etc were outstanding. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The location was perfect with 2 train stations close by. Fully recommend this property. Will definitely stay here again.

This is my second visit to Park Royal Suites and unfortunately I experienced a bad odour from the bathroom waste in both apartments . This visit was much worse - in apartment 19-315 so much so that I advised that the apartment should not be let out until the problem was resolved. To the staff’s credit the engineers were called in to try to fix the problem but the odour just intensified and smelt quite toxic by the time I left on Monday morning. It is a real shame as I am a frequent visitor to Singapore and I was hoping that I would be a regular visitor to Park Royal Suites Beach Rd.

Excellent service, great apartment ”
We had a fantastic trip to Singapore and a wonderful stay at the ParkRoyal Serviced Suites. We are a family with 3 young children and the 2 bed apartment was perfect for us. The staff provided a cot at no extra charge and also loaned us a high chair. There is no ramp to get from the entrance into the hotel but the door staff were always on hand to help us get the pram into the hotel. The service was outstanding. My baby daughter was sick while we were in Singapore and one of the staff offered to show me the way to the nearest Doctor. I was expecting a map or verbal directions but she walked there with me and the three children, then waited in the doctors surgery with the older two kids and returned with us. They really went out of their way to help us, way beyond the norm. The gym and the pool area was really nice too. The breakfast selection was great, however with our deal we got only 2 breakfast meals per day which was unworkable with a family of 5, and the price for the children was very expensive, not worth it at all considering they don't eat much at all. Overall, we were very satisfied with the room, the location, and very very satisfied with the customer service.

Thank you to the staff at Parkroyal Serviced Suites. My family and I had a terrific stay in our two bedroom apartment, a lovely surprise to be upgraded from the one bedroom which we had booked. Everything about our stay at the Serviced Suites was great! Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Serviced Suite/Apartment was everything we needed and the use of washing machine and dryer in apartment suited us perfectly. Would definitely stay here again.

A tremendous holiday with much to see and do”
Tremendously helpful staff greeted us and ensured the stay was wonderful. Any requests were met with a smile and immediate response. We were very happy with the apartment. Only disappointment was the pool refurbishment was not complete but we had access to the pool at the Pan Pacific hotel next door. Highly recommend the Parkroyal Serviced Suites as this is the second time we have stayed there and would do so again. Great location and amazing breakfasts added to the experience! Highly recommend a stay here!

Amazing staff”
As a single mum travelling with 5 year old twins - I cannot recommend staying in the Services Suites highly enough. The staff were incredibly helpful, even the bellboys would help me carry one of the girls upstairs if they both fell asleep in the taxi and I couldn't carry them both. The desk staff, the cleaners, the catering staff and the concierge made this an incredibly positive experience. I have travelled lots for work, but this was my first overseas holiday with the twins and each and every staff member went out of their way to make it a pleasurable experience. We had a 2 bed 2 bath suite for the same price as a double bed room elsewhere, the pool at the Wellness centre was fantastic. Can't wait to go back !

This is a good place with nice view. Perfect location. Nearest MRT is Bugis. Its a 5 mins walk to Bugis MRT if you go to the correct entry gate. Just opposite to this you have Arab street where you can find fancy dinning experience with live music and drinks. Some things they need to improve is cooking utensils should have been non-stick. Induction plate is difficult to operate and Oven was not working properly(when we tried to use electricity got tripped out multiple times then we had to workaround and change the cooking method). And for the swimming pool you have to go to the other building PanPasific there parent hotel chain. there was just one swimming pool for ParkRoyal hotel and suites and Pan pacific hotel and suites customer. Overall we had a good stay.

Spacious Suites”
We are a family with 2 kids (age 2 and 4) together with a domestic helper. The 2 bedroom deluxe suite is just a perfect place for our stay. The place is spacious and clean. The hotel is located at a convenient location with only 10-15 minute walk to Bugis junction and Suntec City. With strollers, we can easily walk to the shopping centers and local restaurants. The Serviced Suites shares facilities with Parkroyal Hotel and buffet breakfast is included in our package. The swimming pool is lovely and the gym is nice. It may not be a grand and luxurious hotel, but it is equipped with things that we need (i.e. washing machine/dryer and even a rice cooker!). We can take care of dirty laundry after a day of outdoor activities which is just what I love. We had a wonderful stay and we highly recommend it to our friends.

Spacious suite, great staff”
My wife, baby, and I stayed here for seven nights in May when I attended a conference at Suntec City. We were upgraded to a 1 bdrm premium room that overlooked the Arab district and mosque, and could hear the call to prayer which was nice. In room kitchenette and laundry are a must have with a baby. The suite showed a few signs of wear and tear, but in general was clean and all the staff were very friendly. Pool area is great, and wasn't too busy. The value for money here is excellent, and we would certainly stay again.

Great Location and Friendly Staff”
We stayed there for 7 nights and frm check in to check out, everything went smoothly! The girls at the reception desk were really lovely, always had a big smile and friendly wave when we came and went from the hotel. Very helpful to look after our luggage after check out and let us use the pool and showers before departing for the airport. Never had to wait more than 5-10 minutes for a taxi from their dedicated rank. Breakfast was good, very big variety of foods to choose from. I would definitely choose to stay at the hotel again if I return to Singapore.

Treated like the royal family ”
It is one of the best hotel that I have stayed in. The service, comfort, and the facility is best in class. I want to extend a big kudos to the service staff for their over the top service and attention to details. We were treated like the royal family during our entire stay here. Everyone goes all out to make our stay a pleasant one. A simple smile, greeting on the hallway, helping us celebrate the birthday of a guest with cake and candles, flawless checkin and out, and several other details show how much the staff cares and works together to make their guests feel special. I would definitely come back, and certainly recommend it to others.

The first cockcoach I seen in all my staying ”
First stay with ParkRoyal (I normally stayed at the Pan Pacific near by), the experience wasn't good. Big and small cockcoach visited me for 2 days, that's why I asked the staff to collect back my dining tray asap when I finished my dinner, they said 'yes madam' but with no actions. The food quality of room service should be improved. I requested for 1 night extension, however they have fully booked except 1 early check out room and 50% higher than the room rate I got from Adoga. The customer service staff told me she can do nothing to help me except say sorry to me... But I don't know why she didn't refer me to ParkRoyal Hotel instead? However, I booked the room by myself and it was also not good.

Suited our needs. 2 bed room 2 bath room. Room was clean and well maintained. Kitchen a good size, cable TV and WiFi were all good. Rooms have just started being renovated so can only get better. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Very comfortable, relaxed and enjoyable. Great staff serviced, efficient and friendly, make you feel at home. Have a good business centre for emails and printing. Good buffet breakfast although should have more choice of food varieties otherwise ok. Taxis easily available at the Taxi stand in front of the hotel. Across the road many local restaurants.

We stayed here with 2 adults and 3 young children. Staff were very accommodating, rooms were cleaned Monday to Saturday and were made very clean. Buffet breakfast was really good and all the food was very fresh. All facilities you need are in the room, washing machine and dryer, oven and stovetop along with full size fridge. Gym and really big swimming pool. location is really good walking distance to Bugis MRT station and Bugis shopping district and night markets. A really good stay at this hotel. Thankyou

Excellent base for exploring Singapore ”
We stayed for a fortnight in a two bedroom deluxe apartment. There was plenty of room for the four of us including 2 bathrooms. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking meals. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It was just across the road from Kampong Glam area which has streets full of restaurants and shops plus an amazing coffee shop. Bugis MRT is a few minutes walk away and is very cheap to travel around. There is a lovely swimming pool and well equipped gym. We were very happy with all aspects of our stay and would definitely recommend.
