Fantastic Staff & Great Location”
We have stayed at this hotel 7 times and would not consider any other hotel. Absolute A1 location only a minute walk to Bangla Road and is centrally located within walking distance to the beach and all other amenities. The rooms are very spacious and clean and their buffet breakfast was great with a large menu on offer. Apart from the hotel my 5 STAR goes to two young ladies named Lucky and Pekae who work at the main reception desk. These 2 lovely ladies go out of their way to assist the hotel guests including myself during each of my stays. These girls are a true asset to Patong Resort with their friendly smile and lovely personality. They truly make my stay at the hotel so much better. Keep up the great work Lucky and Pekae and I look forward to my next visit to Patong Resort

Central property on Patong area”
This property is superbly located close to the beach and a path that will take you directly to Bangla Road in a few minutes by foot. The entrance to the hotel, if driving, is right next door to Christian Massage (pink building) so it's easy to find. The rooms are more than adequate providing everything most would need for a long or short stay but NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS. Luckily I bought a Thai sim card at the airport. The pool is very good. The deep end is 2.8 metres. The gym is adequate for most exercise but air circulation/cooling is average. Lots of choice for breakfast which would cater for most tastes. Oh, and free parking for guests, albeit outside (not under cover) but manned by security. Check in and check out we hassle free and all staff spoke adequate English.

Almost perfect!”
This was super close to Bangla Road. (Pre-covid there was an exit on the grounds that let you out onto it). The room I got was spacious and the bathroom was AMAZING! Bed was super comfortable and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. The poolside view was awesome, you could see the cliffs. The one downside for me was I should have asked for a room with a view. There were no windows but there is an outdoor seating area but the view for my room faced a parking garage and huge hvac systems. Still an awesome experience and great hotel.

A lovely stay”
Landed late in Phuket and successfully ran the Covid Test & Go gauntlet to be met by taxi transfer to hotel, as arranged as part of hotel booking. Checked-in by very helpful staff especially re. Thailand Pass rules. My ground floor room near the pool was very clean, comfortable and set-up to provide me with 3 restful nights. The buffet breakfast (who doesn’t love those in Thailand?!) was excellent and in a pavilion next to the pool - staff most hospitable. A short walk to Patong Beach and Bangla Road makes its central location very appealing. I was really pleased to discover Patong Resort Hotel and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. It will be my preferred hotel if I visit Phuket again.

Excellent resort - much better than Amata Patong”
The rooms are excellent, neat clean and comfortable. Check in process is easy, although a lot of people might not like THB 2000 deposit, but I believe it is down to a few miscreants guests. I would recommend folks to stay here and I am definitely staying here the next time I am in Phuket.

This was very good for the price i paid. The staff were very friendly, room was great, has a nice pool and a gym and is very clean and tidy.. It is an excellent location with Patong Beach and Bangla Rd close by.

Exceptional staff”
Because of covid my flights got changed 4 times and I had to keep changing my airport transfer times . Then a typhoon hit Tokyo and I had 2 days to completely redo ALL my paperwork for entry into Thailand. Between international telephone calls and emails - without the staff at this resort I never would have made it.

Great hotel”
I’ve stayed in so many different hotels in Patong and I think if you’re looking for a 3.5 -4 star hotel, Patong Resort will be the best value for its facilities, they have everything you can imagine. The cheapest room is simple but it’s not small and you have everything you need. My last time there they upgraded my cheap room to a deluxe one which was nice big and beautiful. If the keep this good price I’d come back for sure.

We enjoyed our stay at the Patong Resort hotel. Great access either side to beach or Jungceylon. Disappointed access to Bangla Rd was closed due to Covid protocols. Breakfast was nice and pool is very big and clean. Room was spacious and air con was great.

Location of this hotel is very good. You can access to most of the places in Patong within walking distance. The hotel is not new, but it is maintained in top condition. You can really feel the efforts spent on the maintenance. The service of the staffs is good, always flexible and willing to help. I would say this hotel offers you excellent value for money.

Always a great option for me”
I have stayed here many times and there is a reason for that. The location is tough to beat for the beach, Bangla rd, and also Jung Ceylon. Value for money is right on as the rooms are nice enough. Staff are friendly and helpful. I love the pool as well.

Clean facility, secure and friendly staff. The location is great too because its very close to where all the action is. If however you want to stay away from everything the resort offers other things to do within the resort. Overall my experience was very pleasant!

Best location in Patong”
I have stayed at Patong Resort 3 times now and will not stay anywhere else. The location is the best, one exit you are at the beach, another exit you are in the middle of bangala Road and the 3rd exit you are on the main shopping street right near Jungceylon. 2 Huge pools and amazing gardens, Rooms are very clean and cool. I love the garden rooms however there is a main building with balcony rooms overlooking main pool.
