Functional but Uneasy”
Rooms were clean, location was reasonably good amid quite noisy esp when toot-toots passing by, and staff were generally OK. Main drawback was spooked by the pair of high heels in the cupboard. Informed the receptionist to arrange to remove them, only to discover that the heels remained there with only a change of position (instead of two heels pointing upwards, they changed to one pointing up and one pointing down). This pair of heels caused me uneasiness throughout my stay though nothing 'strange' really happened.

Surprising little hotel”
I was there during the low season, so there might be some slight quirks like no aircon in the lobby / waiting area. Otherwise, I am quite glad to stay in the hotel for 4 nights. Location: It is awesome if you like patong beach but do not want it to be too noisy. The hotel is located in a quieter spot. Amenties: I rented a scooter and there is free parking just 5 steps in front of the hotel. 7-11, day trip tour booking booths, laundry service, quiet bars are all within 5 mins walking distance. Never used the hotel facilities as there are too many other things around. Room: The room is really huge and comfortable. I took the cheapest king room and it is still amazing.

Pros: 1) Got an upgrade to a deluxe room with full sea view which was amazing 2) huge room and bathroom 3) convenient- about 15min walk to Malin plaza or Bangla street with many shops along the way 4) Nice pool area Cons: 1) NO hot water in shower or for bath tub! Only hot water for the sink. Why?!! 2) Aircon was SO noisy... like a washing machine... couldn’t sleep unless I turned it off 3) Loudest volume of TV was softer than the AC. Couldn’t hear anything. 4) I stayed in room 503. Elevator only to 4th floor and had to carry luggage on stairs the rest of the way.

Very bad Experience”
I booked the room with a private tub inside but they gave me a normal room. Complained to the hotel and they asked me to call Agoda and settle by myself. The manager even avoid taking responsibility and don't even care to engage me regarding this problem. Felt cheated and it turned out that there was system error. Regardless of who's fault, hotel should meet and engage their client if problem occurred. I paid a lot for a room with private tub only to get a normal room which cost way cheaper.

Bad hotel. We found a panta in the refrigerator that expired a year ago after testing many things in the refrigerator were expired. There was no hot water and we had to wait for an hour to fix the water in the room. There were always problems with his sink and drain. We ordered breakfast and it was poor on the levels, did not bring what we requested

Petite, Pretty and Perfect”
This hotel is excellent. We took a rental car from the airport and reached Patong area. However the Thaweewong road is a one way and so is the road parallel to it. However, Thaweewong road is 2-way in front of the hotel!! This resulted in considerable confusion in the absence of GPS and language problem. The receptionist however was kind enough to send her sister(who also works in the same hotel) on a scooter to guide us from Hard Rock Cafe to this hotel!!! This friendly staff attitude prevailed throughout our stay. Breakfast ooptions are extremely limited but it's not bad. We stuck to American breakfast. Rooms are fabulous with bathtubs in the room and unpainted walls, seems like this is some kind of modern interior designing concept. Whatever it is, it is good. The view from the room is very nice and there is a 7/11 just 50 feet from the hotel. This is near Patong beach but not on the crowded part. You get all the peace and quiet and a 5 minute stroll brings you to the lively section of Patong beach. All in all, a wonderful hotel.
