Welcoming and well situated guest house”
Martin could not have been more helpful from the moment I arrived. He had plenty of information on what was going on in Blackpool. The room was comfortable and well appointed with a large en-suite. Breakfast was a choice of 2 sittings to manage numbers due to Covid restrictions and served directly to the table. There was a good choice of food as well. The guest house is on a quiet residential street in easy walking distance from Blackpool North railway station. I can also recommend Michael Wan's Mandarin for food.

Lovely friendly hotel”
Stayed with my friend for an extended weekend. Really easy to find. Located with a walking distance of Blackpool tower, all the shops, the sea and all the main shows and attractions. Room was lovely and clean. We had booked a ground floor twin room. Martin the host was amazing. Made it feel like we were visiting a friend not a stranger. Can't fault the service or breakfast. All the staff were both friendly and polite. Will definitely be returning.

Ideally located”
Ideal place to stop, staff very friendly and welcoming. Rooms clean and tidy with plenty of storage . Breakfast was ideal and sets you up for the day. Location spit on walking distance to the beach, Blackpool tower,, illuminations, plenty of pubs, restaurants and entertainment venues. Highly recommended stay here and definitely would book again with them.

Stayed here twice now. Both times the room has been lovely and clean, Martin is always so friendly and good with the kids. Breakfast is great. It’s nice and quiet no noise problems. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else now me and the kids love it. Thank you for another great stay!

Lovely clean hotel, rooms nice and quiet all facilities in the room. Bathroom big and bright. Good bed had a very good sleep. The staff are brilliant and very attentive. Breakfast could not fault it. I've booked to to stay here again. Only downside is parking as only space for 5 cars.

The accommodation was just lovely. The rooms were so clean and fresh. My husband had fallen out of a tree a week before and was on crutches. They moved us down a floor which really helped him. They made you feel so welcome. We would definately stay there again. Clive & Veronica 5 stars ⭐️ all the way.

Comfortable stay with friendly staff ”
Booked a couple of nights in between Christmas and New Year; comfortable twin room, with kettle and tea etc, very clean and quiet. Breakfast was great and all cooked fresh. We loved the Pelham puppets and other quirky ornaments such as Alice in Wonderland tea party. Would definitely stay here again

The Pelham Lodge was very pleasant. The staff were friendly, the family room was clean, the beds comfortable and the bed linen crispy and clean. The breakfast was also very enjoyable. We'll done.

We were welcomed by Jorge, who explained everything to us and interacted with our 2 year old. The room that we stayed in was the perfect size for a young family, and the hotel in general was clean and spacious! Would stay again, amazing stay!

I would stay here again, there is some very grim accommodation in Blackpool, I was relieved to find this gem, it is spotlessly clean, plenty of hot water for a shower, it didn’t start to run cold, & the bed was comfortable.

Very enjoyable short stay at the Pelham Lodge. The owner Martin was very helpful and readily available to help with any query. Pelham Lodge is located close to the North Pier, the property is well maintained and provides a very good breakfast. Would highly recommend the Pelham Lodge.

great hotel, great location”
hotel couldn't be in a better location and is also on a quiet street, the breakfast included is lovely, the only slight issue we had was parking, the hotel does have a very small car park that fits 5/6 cars we didn't end up getting a space and used on-street parking, lucky for us we were busy with the car during the day and parking was free after 5pm so didn't affect us much

We stayed here for 2 nights and was lovely, 10x better than you normal B&B Blackpool accommodation. Staff were lovely and hdlpful, our room had everything you'd need. Bfast was lovely and a great set up. Would 100% stay again. :-)
