Ideal Business Trip Location”

Ideally located 5 minutes walk to the financiql complex, Premierz Hotel gives quality for money, with all the essentials you'd need on a short business trip. Rooms are comfortable, clean and with cosy bedding/pillows for a good night's sleep. Staff are hospitable, friendly and helpful and I would heartily recommend this hotel. Great value for money.

Good place to stay”

Centrally located and within walking distance to the locations I needed to go (eg State Museum, local Bus Terminal at UTC, International Ferry Terminal, etc). Provided with drinking water and coffee every day. The facilities are very clean and more than adequate. The personnel are very helpful. Numerous eateries and supermarkets/stores are very close by. To go to the Bird Park go to UTC and catch the no. 6 "minibus".

Cheap so don’t expect much”

Was traveling here for work and stay for 4 nights. Pros: Lobby gives comfortable feeling, receptionist was efficient and friendly. Aircon is cold enough. Provided water heater and hair dryer as well (basic one). Makeup room service is good made it clean and organized :) wifi is good and strong, each floor have each router. Cons: Slight differences the actual room with the photo for the hotel room. Water pressure not high enough. Bed mattress cover not that clean, a bit yellowish and having furball, will caused itchy for guest who have skin sensitive. Soundproof not that well as surrounded with pubs, during night time can hear it, might interrupt with your sleep. Anyway, still enjoyed stay in the hotel as surrounding is safety and convenient. Good location really easier for you to reach most of the place in walking distance.

Its all good. This is my first time using this apps to search some place to stay and i can compare many low price hotel around Labuan maintown. This hotel is one of the lowest price you can stay. Very recommend 😘 the facilities and environment also quiet good bcause i got the room that had a main town view.
