I booked 3 rooms in total. Its my 4th time here. The room im staying 1302, the bathtub was peeling and my son could not enjoy his bathbomb time so he was not happy. As it was full house i didnt bother to ask for a room change. Other than that, breakfast was awesome as usual, the rooms are clean to my standard. I already booked 3 rooms again in January😊

Found used slippers under the bed, maybe from previous guest. -1st drawer form right at the writing table upside down. need to fix -no tv channel (CH3) -comfy bed & pillow -Thanks to HSK staff who sent the request to my room. Friendly & outstanding service. Location (10/10) -Near to pavilion. 5min walk distance Courtesy call (operator) +603 2170 8888 -Call at 5pm to inform that i will arriving late at the hotel around 7pm (from JB to KL) -Rude and sound lazy to answer my question. -Rushing to finish the conversation. Weekend Gatewaay”
This is our weekend gateway hotel. We will stay at the same roomtype (Apartment with 1 bedroom sometimes 2 bedroom) Hotel staff was great and friendly, greeted by same concieger (Indian Guy, sorry always forget his name) and also same valet guy. Food in room have been tranmendously improved since our last visit and menu for kids is super fantastic. Did not go for breakfast this time. Christmas deco was great and the bar for world cup is great. Overall we all did enjoy our time here.

Amazing”
This is my 5th time I stay here. I stayed for 3d2n with my family. I chose 2 bedroom apartment which is super huge and comfortable for my family. I got 2 parking space at basement. The room smell good. Check in took so long and the queue very long because school holiday. We must to wait with patience. Mr. Nizam help me to checkin and I got complimentary breakfast for 4 adults and 4 kids for 2 days. The foods very delicious and variety. I will stay here again absolutely!

Great hotel in a good location”
We really enjoyed our stay, our room was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of amenities including toiletries, coffee and tea, bottled water, bathrobes and slippers. The location is great as it’s very near to all the malls along Bukit Bintang and just a short walk to Pavillion. All the staff at Pullman KLCC are lovely. The breakfast buffet is good but not impressive. The only negative is that the pool doesn’t get much sun and is pretty small, and looks like it was built in the 80’s. But other than that, our stay was pretty much perfect.

Marvellous Hotel”
The hotel is excellent, I stayed for 6 nights. Hotel staff are helpful and allowed me to do the early checked having traveled a long distance back from out station. The hotel is strategically located in the kl city centre. Pavilion mall is just a few mins walk away. There were many great restaurants and shopping malls nearby. I even walked to the Klcc for a movie via a covered bridge ! The room was spacious, and cleaned. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff are mostly helpful and polite. They treat guess with respect. High recommended hotel!

One of the best stays in KL”
This is one of the most memorable stay i had in KL thanks to Pullman. The check in process was great and i was lucky to have gotten a free upgrade as well. Stayed for 3 nights and got together with breakfast as well. Breakfast spread was great. Lots of selection. Location is great as well. Near to pavilion and there is also food trucks just opposite the hotel.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, I've booked 1 X 2 Bedroom Apartment but when check in time hotel staff did informed me say only smoking rooms is available, at the same time he offer me free upgrade to Premium Deluxe King Bed in connecting room & free breakfast to us. Hotel room is very clean & comfortable. Hotel breakfast is nice. Good location. Great place to stay.

During check in I was attended by Front office name Joey. She was thoughtful and very friendly. We have to wait for the room to be ready about 1 hour. Then you staff Mr Nizam have help me to get my room key since they are verg long que in check in counter and Joey are very attached to other customer. This is 3rd time Mr Nizam have help us through the check in process. Kudos to him. I have also ordered from room service 2 dishes Penang Char Koey Teow and Fried Rice. Somehow the food sent to us was not up to the standards as describe in menu with no prawns, chicken or cockles. I have call back to lodge my complaint and they said they have sent me the wrong order. They remove the charges and let us eat the food. Somehow the koew teow are too oily and salty. As for the fried rice it is too plain no taste at all. Since I have not paid for it I dont mind. Jokey for parking also very helpful and thoughtful. Room entertainment somehow need some improvement. Vision four channel is too slow, some channel like sports are not available. Option for kids channel are less as well. I believed in this current world, your hotel need to improve in this area as more people are travel to relax and enjoy in room. also kudos to housekeeping team for their pro-active approach asking us what are the suitable time to make up our room.

Good location and wide breakfast spread”
Stayed here during long weekend public holiday. Location is superb. Just 5minutes walk to sheltered link bridge to Pavilion or KLCC. Nearby have a Hakka Restaurant which serve really authentic Hakka Cuisine at a reasonable price. Breakfast spread is good. However it is difficult for solo traveller to keep their table when they go and take some food as we wont be leaving any thing on table to look like it is still occupy. I had my table clean up and someone was sitting at my table when I went to get some tea. Ended up sitting at a huge table. Maybe they should do something like "Marche" which have a indication to say this table is taken/available. Swimming pool is abit small to share with residence and hotel guests. House keeping staff seem to not have a check list to ensure items are replenish properly. One day all the amenity were left in the sink, next day forgot to leave a floor towel/mat. However overall it is still a good stay. Staff are really helpful and friendly. Would stay there again.

Level 10 was amazing. ”
Booked for 2 room apartment.It was huge and luxe. I like the main room with the curve glasses wall. Complete with kitchen utilities. Every room has tv.. The most favourite level for my kids was on level 10..there was a play zone room that provide ps4 for you to play and small playground. The staff name Gobi was friendly and helpful but also very strict bout the rules Hahaha.. Swimming pool, spa, gym also at level 10..everything was fine except for the breakfast. It was crowded especially on weekends.. They should prepare another place or hall. Maybe will come back again.

Good Location”
We were traveling to KL for a sports tournament, and the Pullman was in a good location for sightseeing and getting around. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have seen, and the fitness center was spacious and well equipped. The staff was attentive and quick to respond, but the quality of the room was a bit underwhelming. The bed was comfortable, but there was a strange odor in the room. The water was either too hot or not hot enough. The TV was not as smart as it claimed to be. All in all, the hotel just seemed a bit old and in need of an update.
