Superb service and excellent decoration”
Staffs are very friendly and energetic. It locates near to the city center (5-10 mins drive). You could enjoy a relaxing river view from the restaurant. The decoration is contemporary Thai (Ratchaburi) style. This hotel is quite new (since midyear 2019). It is worth to stay!

Poor design for ground superior jacuzzi, no view,very small window half covered with green hedge, dark room, and to top it all ,,an 8 ft wide Bed and a glass wall so you can look in the toilet, very disappointed and very expensive,, but I must admit it was very clean,,

I only stayed the one night and felt the Hotel was overpriced. Breakfast was disappointing focusing mainly on the Asian community. The only saving grace was the Egg Chef. 100 Bht for a small bottle of local beer?

Bad service. I require water two times with operator but no one give me. Staff seperate traveler between book with agoda and call book directly to hotel. Book with agoda don't take care so much.

Service very disappointing to say the least”
Asked for early breakfast box the night before because i needed to wake up early next day. I asked them to bring to room no later than 9pm because needed to go to bed early, which gave them 1.5 hrs to prepare and they confirmed it should be ok. I had to call reception 3 x to follow up. Eventually came late with wrong order!!! Had to go out of hotel at 7/11 to buy my own. Very disappointing. One of my worst experience.

Not realy an hotel in mind, more of a local group event place. Many rooms not much facilities. Bad breakfast, everything cold, undrinkable coffee. Rooms have no privacy. Staff nice but loud and very vidible especialy when ur having a private jacuzi session. Nothing to do. Sleeping place.
