The hotel is a very nice cleaned hotel. The room is spacious. And you get to used the spa for free if you are a hotel guest. To which we made full used of it. Downside the fee for the parking is very expensive €20 per night. So it could worked out very costly if you are on a two weeks vacation there. With the price of the room the hotel should provide free parking for the hotel clients or a less cheaper rates. Room service not available all night. Why would s big expensive hotel like the Raddissonblue not provide room service after midnight .. Staff was really nice and super helpful and friendly.

Central. Close to everything. ”
Nice hotel with spa . My family and I made full use of the spa every day. The hotel is in the town centre. And very close to the shopping centre and attractions. Cons. New year eve. No activities or festive dinner which was expected from the guest. Next year it would be good if perhaps do a new year activities for the guest in the hotel

Wonderful Grand Lady Kurhotel. Delicious breakfast buffet. But a pity that the classic thermal baths in 2010 is remodeled into a modern, but rather anonymus, complex.

The hotel is situated right in the centre of town with easy access to all the main points of interest. The room was clean and comfortable and reasonably sized and the staff were quite helpful. The only real negative is that it is a little over-priced for the standard of room.

This is a very nice city hotel. The staff was attentive, location was excellent, breakfast buffet was very nice, and my room was very quiet even though the hotel is located in the middle of town.

Good. My booking was missing, so I lost time while they tried to 'find' it again. Money had already been deducted from my account for the two nights. Some of the toiletries in the bathroom were not new - half empty. Wifi was a mission to connect to, I had to ask the reception desk to do it for me after the first night. I won't stay here again.

Staff unfriendly. We were put in a room without elevator access, had to 20 steps to the room. Food from room service was dry and cold. Would not recommend!!

Wunderschönes Hotel, leider nicht komplett nutzbar ”
Als Geschäftsreisende hatte ich mich nach einem langen Tag auf das Wellness und Sportangebot gefreut. Wegen Renovierungsarbeiten stand dies leider nicht zur Verfügung. Ich habe über einen Drittanbieter gebucht, daher war ich darauf nicht vorbereitet. Bei einer Übernachtung ohne Frühstück für 100 - hatte ich das nicht erwartet und habe es auch erst beim Check in erfahren. Ein Angebot seitens des Hotel gab es leider nicht. Positiv, ich hatte ein ganz tolles Zimmer , das Hotel hat einen eigenen sehr edlen Stil.

Der Besuch des Hotels fand Heiligabend statt. Das Zimmer war sehr steril und lieblos. Obwohl meine Eltern Stammgäste dieses Hotels sind, stand noch nichtmal eine Flasche Wasser dort, geschweige denn irgendeine kleine Aufmerksamkeit. Das Zimmer wirkte lieblos wie ein Krankenhauszimmer! Nie wieder Weihnachten. Da ist die Konkurrenz in Wiesbaden deutlich besser!
