      Good place to stay in. Just ask for the staff if you need help. Toiletries are available but utensils are not included so you might considering bringing your paper cups and spoon and fork and yes, hangers if you're planning to stay in for couple of days. It's in the heart of the city so convenient stores and tricyle are accessible. All in all, I'll give it a 4/5. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

      Okay if you are on a budget ”

      The air conditioning is good, the tv is good, the shower is hot, the location is pretty convenient, and it's quiet at night. However, my bedroom and bathroom floors where dirty and had hair on them, not mine. The mattress is encased in vinyl, making the unfitted bed sheets slide all over. No mirror in bathroom. Small room and bathroom. No credit card accepted, have to pay cash.

      A bit rundown but it will do for an overnight stay. Its not exactly beside SM but near enough for a short drive. They provide basic essentials like tissues,shampoo and soap, towels and free water. They have parking for at least 4-5 cars.

      Wifi dont work, water facility is turned off in early morning. Cannot take a shower if you plan to leave very early. Bathroom is very dirty too! Cant simply clean the bathroom door and remove spider webs. Staff are friendly though and assistive. Just need to improve housekeeping and retain water supply especially wifi service

      Water supply sucks, u have to keep calling them to do something even in the middle of your shower. Staff is not friendly. The bedding has stains and looks dirty. Theres wifi but very slow.

      The place is an absolute atrocity. No hot water. Bed was stained room was dirty. Bathroom looked worse than a truck stop restroom. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful. There was NOTHING good about this place whatsoever.

      Clean Budget Hotel”

      Close to center of the City, only 300 meters to Plaza Mabini and all the usual fast food places. No elevator and the stairs are steep so if you have bad knees you probably won't be happy there. WiFi, AC and hot water all good and bed was comfortable.
