Good location but no escalator service apartment”
Rez Apartments is in great location, very near to my office and it is quiet. For those who have big luggage are not recommend to stay here as there is no escalator, I stay at 5th floor and it was killing me for walking up the stair. In conclusion, if you are ok to walk up stairs then this hotel is a good choice for you!

Decent location and nice rooms”
stayed one night at the Rez Apartments. the location is good and so are the rooms. however, not having any lifts makes bringing luggage up and downstairs relatively difficult along with its narrow hallways. otherwise, would consider staying there again.

Great Location value for money”
The location is very good, it near to a few bar but the night street is still very safe to walk. They have everything in there (microwave, induction cooker, etc), it like a studio apartment but it will be better if there is a washing machine as we are staying there for 6 night. The staffs are very friendly, and if you have any query they will come and assist you asap. Overall I’m very satisfied with my stay there. Defiantly will recommend my friend this apartment hotel.

Nice apartments”
We enjoyed out stay at Rez. The location is a 5min walk from Liverpool station and tube. The staff are nice and check in was fast. There is no lift and we stayed at the top, but the staff helped with our bags. Nearby to Brick Lane, which is a great place day and night. I would stay here again when visiting London.

Very pleasant and relaxed”
Delightful, I was comfortable and slept well which is unusual when I visit London because I live in a quiet backwater. The front door to the hotel is inconspicuous - pay attention to the numbering in the street. There was a steam iron in my room. Hairdryers are provided on request. No lift.

Exceptional”
Very clean, convenient and surprisingly quiet in such a central and good location in the City. Easy to find and great to get the key after hours with easy instructions to access entry. Great location also for food and restaurants and walk into the office in the morning. In addition with the benefit of Liverpool street just across the road. Made a change from staying in a hotel and would highly recommend.

The apartment is very close to Liverpool Street Station, which was why we decided to stay there. The apartment was nice and clean and staff was very helpfull. The kitchen didn’t have any pans og pots, so we couln’t cook as we expected. The refrigerator was much too small and kept freezing our things, and we couln’t turn it down. We bought a breadknife and has left it there. The water was to cold both in the shower and in the kitchen. I had to boil water to do the dishes. We weren’t able to take a proper shower, eventhough the sent for a plummer. It was eigther very cold og very warm. The faucet was clearly broken, so we had to was ourselves by the very small zink in the bathroom and use dry shampoo. NOT OK!

Quiet hotel in good location near Liverpool Street”
This was definitely one of those hotels where the photos look a lot better than the reality! Tiny rooms, a few maintenance issues -eg dripping shower which had a cloth on the floor to muffle the sound! Smelt musty and really needed an airing out. The room was tiny and the toilet was in the way of the basin so had to lean over it to reach the basin. There was a tiny little balcony but I discovered on the second day that the door was unlocked and it was quite complicated to lock and unlock it -so there should have been instructions on the door for this. The little fridge supplied didn't work the first day but they changed the fridge over the next day. One night I could hear the neighbours having an intimate time which was quite off putting. Its hard to find good value hotels in London so have a good look around. This hotel has the advantage of being well located near a station and on a quiet back street but a few downsides. For one person the room is fine but if there were two sharing then it would be a bit tricky manouvering around each other and luggage (and I didn't have the smallest room in the hotel!). If you only want one night or a place to sleep then this would be fine.

Clean, modern, comfortable hotel”
This is obviously a new hotel, built in a smallish building (narrow hallways, no elevators), but it's clean and modern and the location in the city is difficult to beat. Since it is new, however, the taxi driver had a difficult time finding it.

Central nice, clean , comfortable and friendly ”
I was there for 1 day stay for my meetings in London...Its location is very central , it's 4 floor building and no elevator but it's ok...The room was clean ; mine was small but ok for my use..The only problem is wi-fi , i hd problem to get signal from 3rd floor..The stuff are friendly and helpful.

Exciting, relaxing, great room!”
Had a wonderful time, very relaxing! Easy to get to and from with Liverpool street just round the corner. Had booked it as a surprise for my husband and the lady on reception helped me to set the room up and popped our prosecco in ice as well as sorting out some yummy cakes!

Location is good”
Location is good. Room size is acceptable. Able to store our luggage after check out. Staff were friendly. Aircon control is located outside the room, so need to adjust outside. Bathroom is small and using rain shower, temperature cold and hot sometimes not controllable.

Very nice place, the apartment have everything you need. You have to walk up to stair which maybe annoying to some people, but after the stair. The awesome balcony is waiting for you.

Comfortable relaxing stay in excellent location”
The room was perfect, clean, everything needed and more including fridge and a balcony. The location is great - right opposite Liverpool Street, close to Spitalfields Market and Brick Lane Market. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely be returning.

Disappointing facility”
I stayed for 3 nights on business. This place does not meet the 4 star rating standards as defined on hotel booking websites. In the Suede room, the curtains are falling off the ceiling and off the curtain rods; one of two light bulbs in the bathroom was blown out and not replaced the entire week; in the bathroom, the silver plate which has the buttons for flushing the toilet falls off the wall INTO the toilet; there are no tissues; no ironing board to accompany the iron; and a disgusting soiled seat at the foot of the bed. The sink in the bathroom is ridiculously small. They did accommodate early check in and the towels and sheets felt clean and fresh; street noise dies down around 11:30 PM. These things can easily be fixed, but based on past reviews, they seem to be ignored.

Nice room in a nice area with very friendly and helpful staff. There were slight problems with wifi quality in the room, but even this was overall okay. Inside of the place is much nicer than outside.

Great location, very close the Duck and Waffle”
Choose this hotel since it's pretty close to Duck and Waffle so that I can have breakfast at 6:30 at the Duck and Waffle and go back to hotel to check out and go to Heathrow for my noon flight. The location is central, not far from Borough market either. If you are interested in Borough and Duck&Waffle, this place is a good option.

The extra bed/bed sofa was not comfortable at all and could be replaced by a bed instead (we were 3 ppl staying in the flat). Apart from that: all fine!

Clean, functional room in ideal location we wanted”
The hotel was hard to find as there is only a small door set back next to a shop, and no exterior sigh other then the logo on the door, However once we found it. The hotel look nice and clean. Room was very nice looking and very modern. The location was ideal for us as it was very close to Liverpool street tube station. And shoreditch was good for night life. Would recommend this hotel however I did think it was expensive for what it was. But that's just me being picky
