When I am passing through Saigon I usually stay near the airport, however, this time I had a good 24 hours between flights so decided to stay in D1. I came across Roseland Sweet Hotel in my search and it ticked the boxes for me, but even more so once I arrived and could check it out. The bed was so comfortable, the room clean and well-appointed, the staff very friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered a wide selection of western and Asian dishes. A freshly made omelette was really tasty. The hotel is located very near the Opera House, the Japanese quarter with a myriad of Japanese restaurants, and it is an easy walk down to the river and Times Square. As a solo female traveler, I found the location to not only be convenient, but I felt safe, even when I ventured out for a walk at night. I did not avail myself of the pool or spa, however they would be a delight if staying longer. Based on value for money, location, staff and facilities, I highly recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic hotel for a really reasonable price!! Rooms were exceptionally clean, new, and beautiful! VERY comfy beds! AC worked great! Oh my goodness..... the breakfast buffet.... AMAZING! So many options and just so much delicious food! Great location as short 7min walk to Benh Tahn Market, 5min to Sky Deck and waterfront, 15min from most other major attractions! They do give you a credit towards their spa services which I used but the pain release head,neck, shoulders with hot stone massage was just sub par. More of a light back rub than massage. And not a ton of hot stone. The rooftop pool and relax area is beautiful with stunning views of the city! Staff were incredibly friendly!! Would DEFINITELY stay again!!! Thank you for an amazing 3nights!

Lovely central new hotel”
Room lovely, well decorated with beautiful comfortable bed, pillows & linen. Bath with shower over & shower curtain wasn’t ideal as bath didn’t feel that stable. Lovely & modern with lots of hot water, fluffy towels & great hair dryer. The breakfast was the best I’ve ever had for the price paid for the accommodation. 5* couldn’t fault it & staff were friendly, helpful, polite & always smiley. The pool/jacuzzi was much too hot when we arrived 40c but turned the temperature down as outside temperature was 31c. It is not a swimming pool even though the pictures show a pool it is only a 1metre deep jacuzzi. Has a nice roof top view. Prices for Spa are too high as you can get a nice massage for well under half of their price close by. We would definitely stay here again as enjoyed our stay of 6 nights.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Excellent location within walking distance of all the major sights around ho chi minh, and was in a really nice part of town (sometimes referred to as little tokyo). This hotel had really great service and the breakfast was amazing! There was even sushi and sashimi which were both delicious. Rooms were very clean although a little on the smaller side (didn't bother us but is a good thing to keep in mind. Absolutely loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend

A big thump up for the service and experience this hotel offered. Locating at a tranquil street makes the hotel a perfect place for resting without any interruption by traffic noise even when I opened the window. But just turning at the corner, the vibrant city comes into view. Many sightseeing, and services are within walking distance. What I have found here for the first time in a series of hotels, even the pricier ones I have ever stayed is the exceptional feeling from the astonishing interior décor and sophistication in the use of color for the furniture, flooring, lighting and even the eating utensils. Staff are well trained, and provided excellent service. They took my complaint seriously and gave a prompt response. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this hotel in our favorite area of Ho Chi Minh - Japan Town. Very close to the cathedral and central post office. You can't beat this location. The staff was friendly, there was a great selection for breakfast and the rooftop pool was a great place to cool off in the heat. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel to any type of traveler.

We loved our stay at Roseland, greeted wth smiles every time we entered the lobby. The pool and bar area was great with a good daily happy hour. Rooms were basic but clean and comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. Buffet breakfast was also really good with lots of choice. Location is in a really nice area of District 1, Lots of restaurants and bars but still a nice local vibe

Vietnamese never stop to amaze me. They are really helpful people. The staff always there to help us from end to end. From the moment we checked out until the car arrive. They are always next to us to help us when needed. Even just to carry out bags into the car. Room is very clean and nice. Beautiful pool on the roof top. Would definitely come again.

This hotel is in a great location in District 1 but tucked off on a quiet street for a good night's sleep. The staff really make you feel at home and take care of you. My room was very clean and comfortable. The rooftop patio has nice views, a jacuzzi and shaded areas. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

After our trip to can tho we move to Saigon and we stayed overnight at Roseland sweet hotel. I could say that we enjoyed our stay in this hotel *breakfast was superb *excellent service (warmth welcome,English speaking staff) * very neat hotel room and nice interior of the bedroom and toilet. *perfect location,walking distance to the most famous landmark in Saigon *lastly great experience aromatherapy massage from Moon spa..(hotel spa) It’s a complete package. Amazing hotel for this price. Bigger room than our last hotel here which was 3x the price. Comfy bed, excellent bathroom, very clean, and perfect service. Breakfast was also good with Asian and western choices. Would certainly stay here again and easy recommendation to other visitors!

The location was right in the city center, rooms were perfectly clean and the toilet had a high tech japanese toilet which we found was an amazing addition. The pool and rooftop area provided amazing views of the city. And the breakfast had huge variety of food, from pha, to western baguettes to sashimi! Perfect!

For our last two days we decided to book a hotel with a pool so that we could chill out before our long flight! Very good value for money, paid ~55ish CAD/night. Decent pool on rooftop, although a little small. Very friendly and helpful staff, pretty good breakfast. Very clean rooms, cleanest we’ve seen in SE Asia thus far. Would definitely stay here again when in HCM.
