Room was very comfortable and clean specially the toilet , wifi connection very good thumps up . The place which okey not much crowded and noisy. Staff are friendly they are always smile and greet to us everytime we go in and out from hotel. The lady assist us to allow check in earlier 7am😉 eventhough the check in time is around 2pm. Thanks so much to you i forgot to get her name tag. Faster and easy to checking out. My kids are enjoying roaming around in our 5 days vacation... Just walking distance to SM robinson and many food Stall around the corner. Thank you so much all the staff in Rothman Hotel . I will highly recommend this hotel to all friends and relatives who likes to stay in malate area. Overall thumps up and happy new year .

Excellent location,very near to Robinson Mall, near by also have 7-11 store, easy to get food and water. And, McDonald also within walk distance,very convenience. Rothman Hotel been always my family choice for us to stay.

I have stayed at Rothman many times previously, and always happy to go back, rooms spacious and clean, many hotels of same class in the area provide 2 small bottles of drinking water, 2 glasses are provided so it would be nice to have drinking water it would be a welcome addition, also a electric kettle is provided but no cups??

This is a good hotel for the budget conscious traveller. It provides comfortable accommodation at affordable prices, a good café/restaurant, friendly staff and a good central location in Malate, central Manila. Not really a criticism, but the hotel staff might like to strongly warm guests about the chronic problem of professional pick-pockets in the general area, particularly at the nearby 'Robinson Place' shopping mall. A good hotel with attentive staff ”
I have used this hotel several times over the years and the ongoing renovations are certainly improving the rooms. There used to be a lingering smell of smoking which non smokers would find unpleasant however the program of renovating is slowly eliminating the odours . The staff have air fresheners for the rooms if required l always like my stay there.

The hotel is close to Robinson's Mall and many good entertainment options. I stayed in a renovated king room which looked out over the street. The bathroom is big, the bed is big and comfortable and the air con worked well although it was a bit noisy. Security was good. late night visitors were required to leave id with security and they checked with the room before the visitor left to make sure everything was ok. There was a safe in the room. The only sink in the room is in the bath room. It would be great if there was another sink in the separate little area where the fridge and kettle are. The main room could do with some brighter lights and more waste bins would helpful. Overall I think room was good enough and certainly value for money. I will stay here again.

I got the room that is really nice.It is cheaper but clean and very comfortable with the nice view of Robinson.Almost the facilities in expensive hotel is no different from here.It looks already renovated since I came here last 5 years ago.

2nd timer here. Over all our experience was great. Will probably go back and recommend this hotel to a friend. But we would be more greatful if they will provide slippers and change their toothbrush into softer one. They should also provide flat iron as per guests request without extra pay.
