The air conditioning system in the room was not cooling good enough even after multiple complaints we were told this is how the AC is! Multiple times i was sweating and there was no flow in the bed area at all! Also there is no fan in the room which made it more horrible! Other wise location and in room services are good!

Stayed for 12 days in this hotel, reception staff are extremely hospitable. The only reason I gave a low rating is because of the restaurant staff, very inhospitable and rude management of the restaurant. Food was very bad and the atmosphere smells very bad. Not a place for eating. Just don’t enter the Chi Na Chi Ni restaurant. Get better food and hospitality elsewhere

Pl change all the wall to wall floor carpets in all the three banquet halls immediately. These have become quite pale,dirty and horrible looking to the guests' eyes. Even if you replace these with cheaper varieties,it will be fresh and soothing for the eyes, and it will be O.K.
