Quiet and nice hotel ”
Quiet place with free parking. Good service. Hot spring spa was very good. Convenience store just opposite of the hotel. Couples of restaurants along the street. Laundry provided.

Good Ryokan”
We were travelling using JR passes and the hotel is quite a long way from the station, we took a tram for about 10 stops and then walked for 20 minutes. The hotel is near a nice park but there are not many other attractions nearby, The Ryokan's public baths were very good and relaxing after a long day touring Kumamoto. There are few restaurants nearby but fortunately the Ryokan had a restaurant, Breakfast and diner gave a choice of Japanese or western food and both were good

convenient for drivers, free parking at the property was a bonus in kumamoto city. it's walking distance to suizenji-koen. rooms were abit small but sufficient

Although room is not big enough but well balanced per the price. Tasty and volume of Breakfast, larger and comfortable sauna/bath at 2nd floor. Friendly staff.

I asked for the help from the hotel for booking the dolphin watching the next morning, the lady hotel manager is very professional and helpful.....room is clean and nice, but not too keen the futon.

it was a little away from the coty centre, and it takes 8 mins walk from the hotel to the bus station, BUT, that been said, very quiet area that you can chill for sure, and the plus thing is that theres a 7-11 just across the hotel

Comfortable and relaxing place ”
This hotel gave us a very impressed experience. Due to the cancellation of flight, they were willing to help us to change our staying date without extra fee. The hotel is clean and the service is extremely good! The most valuable part is the Onsen made us feel relaxed. Since we have rent car , they can offer us free parking and we can go to the hotel without difficulties.

Best for travellers with their own means of transportation as it's not quite in the city center. High quality with regards to service and food/ drinks on offer. Rooms are simple yet stylish in accordance with Japanes design. Has been renovated a few years back appearently and still has a sparkly new feeling to it.

The receptionist is most helpful and cheerful too. It's a small hotel, but very clean. The hot spring bath is only good for max 4 pax. 7-11 is right opposit the hotel. Definitely worth staying here again.

Excellent”
Everything is good but I can't use wifi in my room. The wifi service is very low. I like the room so much. The room presents the Japanese culture. There is an ambiance onsen that has a less person and some time I can use onsen alone. Although, this onsen is old and hasn't a comb in the dressing room.

I wished we booked the dinner. Did not booked the dinner, but heard that it was great! So I kinda bummed that I did not get to try it. Really decent place with great location and staff. The facility is decent too.
