Great location but noisy!”
Took fan basic room. Location is minute walk to haad rin beach, 30 seconds to 7-11 (shop) and other restaurants. Close to rooms is common place with tables where you can hang out with friends and have own drinks. Free wifi is provided but connection is weak and internet speed very low. Rooms were basic with fan, big bed and small bathroom. There was no hot water, in the night time can be noisy, staff doesn't speak english but they still try to help as much as possible. In rooms there are towels, soap and toilet paper provided. Overall I think it's good what you get for this price (12 eur per room per night in time of full moon party)

Great location for full moon party”
This hotel is conveniently located in had rin but is along a noisy street. The rooms are comfortable but our room was not cleaned in 5 days. Staff are friendly and there is a great area for socialising in the reception area.

Good Position but Noisy”
Good Position for Full Moon and Haad Rin beach but noisy and very hot so be carefull to choose a room with AC as without is gonna be an hell. Differently than other places where you can sleep with a fan with no problem here ypou can't sleep at all

Perfect for the full moon party”
Perfect location at the core of the party (you don't need to pay the 100bath party admission fee. A 7 eleven just downstairs and at 2 minutes to the beach. They have lockers for guests, you only need your own lock. Nice common area with some big tables. The owners barely speak English, but they are really nice and helpful. We chose cheap room with fan. It was quite hot, so if you can afford it, better choose the air con one... Although the shower didn't have a water heater, the water was really hot...

The owners and staff are really friendly and always very helpful, even if you have a problem in the middle of the night. There is a free service for Coffee, Tea, some Snacks and toilet paper. If you want to stay for partying you couldn't find a better place. It's like 150 meters away from the sunrise beach (full moon party beach) and like a 3 minutes walk to the sunset beach. Local restaurants that are opened all night long are just beyond, also two 7 eleven market's are just downstairs. Between the full moon party's it's getting noisy cause of all the people but that's no wonder you're in the place of the world's greatest full moon party.

Cheaper than most other places, room with cold shower 500b and porch overseas the walking street. Gets stuffy here at night with only one small fan. Have to open door for air during day. Needs ventilation.

Broken, worn out and warm”
We were there during the full moon party and figured that we could save some money and stay in a fan room. The fan worked fine but there were no form of ventilation so after a night (even though you kept the window open) it was at least 10 degrees hotter in the room than outside. The toilet was leaking and even though we asked them to fix it and they promised to do that, nothing happened during our 4 nights. Fortunately the leak were from the water tank and not the sewer pipe. The water from the tap were brown and there were small ants on the floors and walls. The first night we asked how long the reception were open and they said until 00.00. At 22 when we were back to collect our key the reception was empty. We had to crawl in through the window, which we fortunately had forgot to lock, to be able to get in to our room. The wifi was a disaster. They kept on telling us that the wifi worked for everyone else but us so it must be something with our phone. Then we asked multiple guests and none of them had got it working and they had been told the same thing, that it worked for everyone else. We used the guesthouse laundry service and not one piece of the white items were even close to be clean. We sent it back and got it washed again for free, this time it was more clean but still not white, rather beige. A good thing though was that when we checked out an hour late it wasn't a problem and their reception were open all night during the full moon party, which by the way was EPIC.

Stayed here for 4 days over full moon. The fan room can get quite hot during the day but was fine at night. Big common area with lots of seating open to non guests. Right above a 7-11. Staff were very friendly. Lockers you can use if you bring your own lock. Would definitely recommend!

Location is perfect if you want to go to the full moon party. Bed was fine but the room smelled like mold and recommend paying a bit more for AC because our room was unbearable from the heat. Right above an 7 Eleven. WiFi was really bad, but for price and location it’s fine.

We had quite a few issues when we arrived which was pretty stressful but sorted out later towards the evening. Firstly, the room we got given was extremely suffocating, very dark and smelt of sewage. There was no WiFi at all, in the rooms or the lobby which was frustrating as it was needed then to sort out other stuff like accommodation bookings for my next destination etc. When we got there, we said we can’t stay here for five nights and went elsewhere with WiFi to look for accommodation but because it was New Year’s Eve week - everything was booked or extremely expensive so had no choice really. We asked to change the room as I couldn’t even be in there for less then 10minutes, imagine a dark tiny room, with a horrid smell extremely humid and no WiFi - he changed our room, which was a little bit bigger and no smell but still extremely humid so I would Suggest an air con room as fan doesn’t help at all. The WiFi seemed a bit better in this room, on and off (and very slow) which I guess was better than no WiFi. As this place is located right on the strip, you won’t be able to get much sleep if your a light sleeper because of all the loud noise. We ended up booking to go koh Tao as we couldn’t stay here for longer than 3 nights! Also only ONE plug socket in the room. I think it doesn’t help that we aren’t party people.. location wise. Basically, if your looking to pretty much get drunk every night and party, this is a good spot. If not, then don’t stay here.

Stayed here for the full moon party, we stayed 3 nights, this was too long. Place is bare bones, only good thing is the location for the full moon party as is just up the street about a minute walk to the beach. This can also be a hindrance if you don't want to party the full time you are at this guesthouse though as you will not get any sleep. Staff are very unhelpful, the guy who is presumably the owner just sat watching TV all day and was grumpy whenever we asked for anything. Also cost us double the price as anywhere else we have stayed in Thailand. Not worth it, spend a little more and stay somewhere decent.

If it wasn't the fullmoon party and wasn't one of the best prices around I wouldn't stay again but for the party it's great location you get what you pay for I would book again for the party but lock your doors alot of drunks and seedy locals around.

The staff was really friendly and we were able to stay at the Pool and the reception an hole day after we checked Out, because our flight Just left very late. Very nice!!! But the room and the bed weren't good and the bathroom was very disgusting. In The shower were hair from the people who lived there before and the toilet just broke and looked like it has never get cleaned. The breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Not recommended, better eat outside. The beach wasn't far away, this was good.

Stayed for full moon, you can hear everything outside but that’s understandable as it’s on the Main Street. Big bed and spacious room, bathroom is a little dirty and had lots of bugs. Did the job for us!

Full Moon Party”
We were here during the Full Moon Party and it was OK for that, I guess. Otherwise I'd not stay here... the rooms are disgusting and dirty, there are stains all over the wall, the bed sheets have marks and the towels stink. The only good thing is the location. It's only a few mins walk to the beach and you're also behind the toll booth on the day of the party so you don't have to buy a ticket. Be careful, as they will charge you A LOT of money if you get body paint on the sheets (up to 500 B per piece).
