The hotel is located in Nimman area that is very easy to commute. There are also full of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The staff in front of the hotel is very service-minded. Though the parking lots are full, he is very helpful to find the place to park the car. The room I stay is quite big, clean and well-prepared. Overall, I have wonderful experience of staying here.

You get a lovely room, super comfortable bed, with very clean bedding and towels. This is one of the few hotels where the pillows smell fresh (not like a stranger's bad breath or artificial chemicals, as is often the case, even in 4 star hotels) The towels are high quality so they become very soft with age and wear, (wabi sabi) Most importantly, they are clean and fresh, with no bleach smell or odors. I've stayed at 5 star hotels in Italy and France with worn out towels of similar quality, wabi sabi is popular in Europe. Wonderful staff here, who are always working hard, and will do everything possible to help you, with a good attitude. The staff is local Thai, which is very nice, however, English is limited, so have your google translator ready. When the driver pulled up to the small entrance, I thought we were at the wrong place. Don't be thrown off by the modest lobby and common areas, this place has good vibes, and the rooms are lovely. The hotel also has a generous 12 noon check out, and complimentary cappucinos, expressos, tea, etc...

The best location and Wide Room”
It is in the best location in Chiang Mai Center, but it is also very quiet and peaceful. The room view isn't great, but it's wide and clean. And I really like our room because it has a single sofa and a pantry area... it's more convenient for someone like me who works remotely. The staff is friendly.

For the positive first - huge rooms and have a kitchen! Tons of space, close to restaurants and mall. Clean and AC works no issues. Now negative - no pool or weight room and room is dated. The hotel needs a facelift; towels are old and frayed. The rate was good but there there are better accommodations out there for the same price or better.

Clean big room and good location”
Hotel is clean and the room is big with a kitchen. Toilet abit dated but no problem and everything works as it should be. Location wise, it is in Nimman area and walking distance to most location except Chiang mai old city area which is not close. Walkable to Maya shopping mall. Will stay again and keep this hotel as my Nimman hotel candidate.

This was a great hotel for a stay in Chiang Mai. The room was huge. It was a modern design that was well taken care of. Loved the coffee machine downstairs! My only complaint is that there was not much drinking water available. The container downstairs was always near or entirely empty.
