Amazing location and lovely staff”
Sahaa Resort is located right opposite a very clean part of Otres beach that is quiet and beautiful, with seafood grilled fresh for you by street vendors on your doorstep. The restaurant is lovely with fresh breezes and ocean views and staff go out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Beautiful gardens made it such a peaceful stay yet there was plenty of nightlife and entertainment a few minutes away by passapp should you need it.

Amazing”
We arrived at Sahaa after planning on staying at a different hotel. The hotel we first booked was very far from everything and needed repairs. So after a very long trip we were so happy to find Sahaa, right on the beach. Everything was beautiful and the staff were so lovely. We enjoyed the pool and gardens and spent a lot of time in the restaurant overlooking the ocean. The staff even helped us to buy grilled squid from one of the street vendors. Highly recommend that you book one of the rooms with private pool - just lovely! Though all the rooms are quiet and private with the garden setting. ATMs right on your doorstep and taxi/tuk tuks very easy to book. You can stroll safely all along the beach or footpath. Will be back!

The perfect hideaway”
A perfect place to stay to get away from the hustle and bustle of Sihanoukville, it is it's own little oasis. Fabulous staff, wonderful pool, delicious food from the restaurant and great drinks. Loved the outdoor bathroom and clean, modern rooms. Highly recommend a stay here.

Tranquility amongst the chaos of sihanoukville ”
We had read reviews about the current state of sihanoukville, but nothing really prepared us for the total chaos going on there. We were so pleased to arrive at the sahaa beach resort, which offered total tranquility amongst the chaos. Room was beautiful, although the partly open air bathroom took some getting used to - fine if you are happy to share with a little local wildlife! Staff very helpful, food and drinks great.

Out of the way gem”
Getting to Sahaa is a bit harrowing as is getting to anywhere else in Sihanoukville. It is an absolute gem and totally worth the bumpy ride. Quiet and beautiful stretch of beach. Kind and helpful staff. Really loved the room and the hotel grounds. Food was also delicious

The location of the resort is right in front of the beach. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. The only disappointing thing for me was it was many mosquito in my room.

So nice I stayed there twice”
Easy place to find, great location, clean and quiet stretch of beach right across the street, great food, great staff. Actually booked it for one night and ended up coming back because I liked it so much. Could be a bit cheaper but thats Sihanoukville for you.

Exceptional”
The location is great just across the street you will find the beach. The staff are friendly and easy to talk to. You can find a lot of food in their breakfast buffet. The room is nice and spacious but the location of the aircon (located perpendicular to the head board) is bad. Also the aicon does not give much cooling effect. You need to open the ceiling fan so that the room will be much colder. But overall the stay was great. Definitely, I will recommend this resort and will surely come back!!!

Had a great 2 weeks staying here, rooms were great and the staff were amazing, of course the city is under construction but that has got nothing to do with the hotel. Staff were willing to go above & beyond to help you enjoy your stay here. The food and drinks were lovely and tastefully prepared. Overall a great place to stay and will definitely be coming back.

Beautiful hotel right by Otres 1 beach ”
We were very happy with our stay at Sahaa. Sihanoukville itself is still in early stages of development for luxury accomm, so a lot is still backpacker hostels and starting to see big casino style hotels. So we were really happy with our choice of Sahaa which was a boutique hotel, which felt premium, personal and great value for money. The place is beautifully decorated with a lot of white settings and a pretty little pool and a great location right on Otres 1. Though the roads are still a bit under developed, it didn’t bother us too much and just across from the road is a beautiful long stretch of beach - also definitely recommend Otres Beach over the rest of the beaches In Sihanoukville. Lots of little bars and restaurants right on the beach there. Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay if you are in the area”
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. We had the garden villa that has its own small private pool which if it is available and not much more expensive i would recommend. The only complaint was that breakfast was not great from the variety or quaility of food available. We had dinner once at hotel and would not recommend it - expensive compared to places just accross the street and food was not authentic cambodian

Lovely Resort”
Sahaa Beach Resort is a lovely place to stay. The staff is incredibly nice and welcoming. The only problem is the environment outside the resort: at first sight might not look too appealing but overall Otres Beach 1 has lots of activities to offer to tourists

+ staf are friendly, helpfull and polite + small buffet for breakfast but is good + good cake and drinks at bar + clean room - do not like their swimming pool, seems dirty - otres beach is nightmare, just dont go - surrounding by construction

Beautifull hotel ..but the neighbourhood is one big construction site”
However a fantastic hotel but who is suffering very hardly due to works in the surroundings. All the streets are under construction ..the beach is full of waste and is part as well of the reconstruction of the surroundings . The impact on the hotel is not minor : electricity with a generator , wifi only sometimes , dust .. dust and dust .As I said earlier the hotel and his staff is doing his outmost to make it as comfortable as possible . These works are out of their control . Anyway I recommand this hotel ...but wait the end of the works .... end of 2020 ?? To be confirmed .
