Difficult check in but lovely apartment ”
Check in was a bit of a nightmare, we had to contact the owner through Agoda as there is no contact details and the receptionist at the apartments was extremely rude as we were ‘not his problem’ as he only deals with residents. However after it was all sorted the apartment was really lovely, the pool is great and we wanted to stay for longer!! Totally worth it just make sure you’re very clear on how to get there and how to check in before you arrive! The apartment doesn’t come up on grab or Uber so can be annoying if you’re not familiar with Saigon.

Great place or a longer stay”
Fully equipped apartment with wonderful view, big swimming pool and great gym. All is quite new and super clean. Flawless check-in and good communication with owner. Location is good to walk to district 1, the only downside is the horrendous traffic on the bridge and road leading to there. Not much in the immediate vicinity other than a few food stalls. This part of town also seems to have a bunch of homeless people.

Super clean, great gym, good location near local food and walking distance to district 1, nice pool. The host is SO kind!!! She gave us great food recommendations. Would prob stay here again and again! I would actually live in the apartment it’s so nice :)!

Needed to get taxis in and out of district 1, though it was possible to walk. There is a large pool however there are not enough loungers considering the size. The room was a studio apartment with most facilities e.g. a washing machine. The apartment was let down by minor issues, no bottle opener, towels were not replaced without requesting and the used ones not removed. Apartment had no bedside lights, all issues were resolved but not until the next day as communication was via what's app. Overall we enjoyed our stay, just thought it lacked a professional touch

Everything is very positive like the view, close to the center, 3 convenient stores and a coffee shop at the residence, nice big swimming pool and so on...even we had a laundry machine. The only negative point was the seize of the room, a little bit too small a few extra space would make a world of difference but overall I will come back.

So it started of real nice, the staff were amazing the view is insanly good, and it takes like 15min walk to get to the party street in District 1. The sad part was evrytime we opened the the fridge an real bad odour spread in the room abd stayed for 5minutes, also the bathroom handle inside is broken + the bed is like sleeping on the floor. The pool looks nice at the start then you read the signs and the whole area sucks.. You can't drink or eat, smoke or do anything there. Its a shame because all of this ruined the experience, but I will never forget the view at night time

heads-up: it is not a hotel and you cannot check in at the lobby. it was fine for me as I had internet access and could message the lady who sent a staff to check us in as soon as we arrived. on the second day we happened to see some travellers who struggled to communicate with the security guard about check-in. the room itself is clean and has everything we need. location was fine, walkable distance to the backpackers street. convenience stores and coffee shop on the ground level of the building are very handy.
