I cannot believe how amazing my stay was at M Hotel. M Hotel is by far the bestest hotel I've had the pleasure of staying. THE friendliest staffs, BEST location and MOST cleanliest and spacious hotel rooms. I am so grateful to have found a wonderful hotel and I am looking forward to the many many more stays at this spectacular hotel.

Where do I even start from… if I can give it 1 million stars I would. To keep it Short and sweet, I travel a lot and been to many 5 stars hotel around Europe and Asia. NEVER a time In my life I came across any hotel like M hotel’s staffs! Oh my goodness!! First I lived here for 33 days and this time is 3 weeks. I traveled alone here and everyone all the ladies here ( especially chi Quynh anh !!! ) = amazing! Beyond my expectation and the gentle man with puffy hair is super friendly as well as chu dung! Hotel is super clean and worth the money! Hope I won’t shed tears upon checking out 🥹🥹🥹

In the middle of CBD, close to everything you need at door step, best location. Room with very modern feel, black and white contrast. Hotel not come with parking so if you planning to hired motorbike or car, you need to park in the 24hours parking near by. Highly recommended for business travelers or couples.

Really beautiful and modern rooms which were extremely comfortable. The sound proofing isn't great but most people would be completely fine sleeping here. I would highly recommend this place over many of the other hotels in the area

Very good location just beside Saigon Centre. 2mins to Saigon Square. Very near Bitexco, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, and also walkable to Ben Thanh Market. Staff is very friendly, room is very clean. Didn't try the hotel breakfast as you can get good food everywhere outside the hotel. Highly recommended.

The room was very big, clean and has a nice bathtub. Bed is very comfy too. The location of the hotel is very central, near the malls and markets. Will definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very central for convenient shopping and resturants. Staff is very professional and helpful, hotel is nice and clean. beside the hotel is bit noisy from another room and the lift lobby area. Overall the hotal is good for location and room rate.

Hubby and i stayed during vietnam’s new year. A lot of shopoing mall and resto closed but a still got small businesses in the area is open too. What i like about the hotel - the area, close to shops and restaurants - modern style of rooms and reception - helpful staffs - fast checkin and checkout Need to improve : - proofing of walls. You can hear the loud sounds outside the room. Specially outside of the hotel. The bars only closed at 3am i think. So it is not recommended for baby’s and light sleeper. - the lift got bad smell - television got problem and somtimes automatically turn off - Provides ear plug Over all still a nice place to stay specially if uou are first timer

Overall nice hotel - few improvements ”
Staff is very professional and sweet, hotel is nice and clean, breakfast is good, and location is convenient. Good for short work trips. The only main problem at the hotel is noise, especially if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to it, as it seems the walls are quite thin. During our stay, we could hear the water running from another room (when they are using the washroom) and any noise outside the door to our room is quite loud (people talking by the elevator, trolley, phone from another room). Another thing is lack of hooks or towel rails in the room. There were only two hooks in different spots and could've been a few more to hang the other towels instead of leaving them on the counter.

I would give this hotel 5/5. - Room was clean and has a pleasant smell. - Amenities was complete. - Staff was pleasant. My first booking was with Alagon but was super disappointed with their room and staff so I walked out the next day and chose M Hotel. It’s the best decision I made. Highly recommended!

Great location for the price. Next to nightlife, Saigon Centre and Nguyen Hue Walking Street, and only short walk to Ben Thanh market. We booked the Zen room - it was spacious but be aware that the shower/toilet only has a sliding door and the room only has a small window (not much natural light). Would consider booking a different room at this hotel next time.

Great staff, great rooms, great location…except for the noise ”
We loved the hotel, especially the room design and size of the culture sweet. However the room overlooked a busy and loud street. Although once we shared our feedback the staff were great and helped us move room to one facing the back, the view wasn’t as good but a much better night sleep. Appreciate the effort and we’ve recommended the place to friends who are visiting HCMC for new year.

Pretty unique place”
We had a very quick and easy check-in. the reception staff had good english so it was easy to communicate. The hotel is very clean. The zen corner was quite calm and cozy. We only spent a day here but happy with our stay. We stayed there with kids, and wanted to sleep in so we didn’t get the breakfast service. So not so sure about meal quality and service. The location was almost perfect, near to saigon mall, saigon square, only 10 min walk to ben tanh the local tourist market. The mall had all kinds of restaurants you can choose from. Didn’t really go anywhere else though as we were flying out the next day. The only thing they could fix is to adjust their airport transport fee to local rates. It was ridiculous. Maybe they had additional services included, idk. They could at least add a little bit of mark up on the local taxi rates.
