It was wonderful stay! Host is very friendly and speaks good english. Hotel offers free bicycles, quite new and in very good condition so it's perfect for enjoying historical park. Room was very spacious with all amenities we needed and we had definitely been well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Very clean, very nicely decorated, excellent breakfast (eggs+omelette + fruits + juice + bread butter marmelade+ bacon, ham &sausage...) People are so nice and helpful! Would do anything to help us enjoy our stay (the 6 of us could freely borrow thrur bike, they had excellent advises of tours, when we could not get a taxi they drove us themselves instead...)

Nice Motel ”
We only had a night stop over we arrived early and was able to go straight into our room. Shower would have to be the best I have had in Thailand great pressure even hot water in the hand basin. Might be a little far out if you don’t have a car but the bus to temples and new city runs right out the front

Good place to stay at reasonable price”
Great place to stay overnight. Close to Sukhothai historical park. The place looks neat and clean. Staffs are friendly and resourceful. They can provide you tuk-tuk to the park. However, it has no lift so if you are carrying lots of stuffs or travel with elders,it might be an issue. Also there are very limited parking space. Overall, it is great value.

price good,location good,but there is insect and gecko found in the room.The only one unsatisfy is that we cannot hang the washed cloth in the balcony.Rest are very good.

Thank you for your stay and review. It is normal to see insect and a small lizard in the house of Thailand especially in the countryside because it is raining season. In fact you can hang your cloth in the balcany but you have to have your own hanger because the hotel hanger is specially used in the room.

The location is ok as they provide bikes. If not it is much too far. Bikes are good even if not completely new. On mine the mud guard was touching the tire but it was all fine. The staff was very nice and friendly. The breakfast was ok as well

The room is clean, no insect(very important to me). Hotel is very close to the historical park. It takes 10mins ride to the park. The host will provide free bikes. The host is very nice. He takes the initiative to drive us to the new city at night and to the bus station in old city after check out.

This place was perfect for our group of four. The beds are the normal extra firm you find in Thailand, strong and new mattresses- the decor was very pleasing to the eye, the staff was kind and Pete is very helpful, kind and amazing in his care. I loved having my name on the Welcome board... I felt like a star! Very clean, my group loved the breakfast...said the Thai dish was the best they had in Sukhothai during our whole stay . It is close to a road but quiet at night and a nice distance from the Old City area (you could bike easily) we had a car and it took about 5 minutes or less. Would defintely recommend this place for clean, convenient, friendly and pleasant feel.

Nice quiet hotel in a sleepy town.”
Sleepy town. Not a lot to see. A public park on the bottom edge of the town, which enticies forigners here. Lures them with the promise of ancient historical attificats but is no more than a manicured park in a rural townin UK or any provincial city in any European country. Hotel itself is clean, tidy, comfortable and managed by its friendly owner. Ok. But avoid town if you can. Nothing much to see or do here.

As a people of Sukhothai and the kingdom of Thailand, we have to apologize to you for our historical park and we deeply regretted that our park and Sukhothai had made you feel worthless Sukhothai is a small, quiet, peacful and conservative city, therefore, it might be not worth in some reasons. The park used to be a capital of Thailand and it has been abandoned for many hundred years because of some problems of wars but currently we still can see some architecture of temple and others that are different from other countries and also some places of Thailand. Honestly we think that most of tourists come to Sukhothai because they would like to see a different culture and traditional, a soul of people, and others but not only a dilapidated temple. We are willing to welcome all tourists to Sukhothai because we respect to their decision for choosing Sukhothai as one of their destinations.
