lovely hotel on Koh Samed island and great value for money”
booked one of the vilas on the beach and i was not dissapointed . traveling as a couple we enjoyed being steps away from the beach . great for morning walks and evening jaunts . it gets noisy with the fire shows and the loud music but that didnt bother us much . restaurant offers great food right on the beach and the best vantage point for the nightly fire shows . staff are excellent and very polite . we hired a scooter for the day . the market is right down the street from the hotel and everything is within easy reach . i suggest you take the speed boat when you check in because they drop you off right on the beach and the bell boys will take your luggage in . you can also take the slow boat to the pier and then a songthaew to the hotel as well . will love to go back there again . if noise is an issue and you are a light sleeper you might want to skip the vilas and look for a room in the back of the hotel or another part of the island . also , the best place to view the sunrise !

This is the second time I have stayed here and I will again. ”
I have stayed here twice now. Staff are excellent and are able to fix any issue you may have quickly. The first room we stayed had low water pressure and they quickly swapped us to another room. Get their speedboat service for a quick tanner from Ban Phe. The entertainment at night is fantastic with live music and a fire show. Breakfast is buffet style with plenty of quality food on offer. They have funny style coffee cups so bring your own lol. Right on the beach. Eat out on the beach at night with the music and fire show while you relax in been bags in the sand or tables and chairs in the restaurant.

The Best on Sai Kaew for real”
For the beachfront, this one is the best on Sai Kaew really. Some resort are more expensive but not that good beachfront personally. I love this place very much. The front staff, FAI, is the best. I requested to change the room with the better for me after I already in the room. I didn’t expect that the hotel would have done it for me because I already in the room. And K FAI did. The best service EVER

Everything was good except..”
The staff attitudes towards customer seems like the customer is other department's responsibility. Especially restaurant staff, when I asked them if I can have a boil, they even asked me if I stayed in the hotel with this rude and "I'm busy' attitude. Dude, are you serious?? Not all staffs were bad, but overall I feel like they just don't take ownership for their customer. If it is not your job, at least you still assist your own customer and not just tell them to f* off.

Lovely time at grandview ”
I booked last minute with agoda and got a deal on a thai style house. It was amazing just meters from the beautiful white sand. The food was good and the staff very helpful. Overall I would highly recommend thus resort

This hotel is situated right by the beach.Friendly staff greet you.Theres a daily fire twirling show at night on the beach.Breakfast included but it does not cater to much for the westener but the view of the beach is spectacular.The rooms are modern and clean.Can't beat the location.

Probably the beat hotel on saekew beach. Nice set up on beach front for evening drinks and dinner. Deluxe Classic rooms is nice, new and comfortable. Staff are helpful.

Great view and vibe! ”
The hotel is situated right on a white sand beach, also the best beach to swim in. Came here during COVID-19 and there was always a good amount of people at this hotel chilling at the bar area, etc. Breakfast was OK, variety of selection but the taste could be better. Other than that, the room we were in was clean, bedsheets smelled nice and the housekeeper was very generous with giving us new towels every day. The attitude of the staff at the receptionist counter could improve though.

Our room, though a bit cozy with garden view was lovely. The bed was excellent, spacious bathroom, little patio on the garden. The breakfast was one of the best ones on this trip- excellent. The staff was terrific. I can’t think of a down side really.

Clean, comfy beachfront resort”
Rooms were nice and clean. The beds firm yet soft, with comfortable fluffy pillows. Provided in our rooms were 2 umbrellas and a small canvas tote bag for our convenience. The water was nice and hot, though the water pressure was a little weak we still managed to take a good shower. Breakfast was simple yet sufficient. Overall, would definitely revisit.
