Exceptional”
I really enjoy my stay, I had to shorten my stay and the staff were so kind to communicate me to agoda customer service, got my 2 nights refunded. It's a about 30 min away from train station but has many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I didn't use many of the amenities but from what I read they quite pamper you. I'll definitely stay again next time I visit Toyota.

The location is convenient. The price is okay. The facilities are satisfactory. Breakfast is included. There is a public bath for men. The towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, facial wash and toiletries are included in the room. You can take whatever you need from the Amenity Bar cart such as toothbrush, cotton buds, shave, hair tie, lotion, etc.

15 minute walk from Toyota factory tour”
The location is at the intersection of two major streets; as such street noise in the rooms can be excessive. We asked to be moved and it was better but it would have been impossible to sleep with the window open. The rooms are typical Japanese small but adequate. Breakfast is Japanese fare only and poor at best but at least it was free. The Plaza Hotel is closer to the factory tour (I have stayed there as well) but is older and not as well maintained but somewhat quieter due to its location. There are several decent restaurants just around the corner. Hotel spa is for men only; they have no facilities for females. If you are just in Toyota for the tour, I would recommend this hotel as being the best hotel within a short walking distance.

PCケーブルを忘れ困ったが、ホテルで無料のレンタルサイクルを借り近隣の大型商業設備を教えてもらい調達することができた。周辺に大型店舗や外食店舗が多くあり便利であった。 朝食付きと路面駐車場のおかげで朝の出発時間に余裕が持てた。

初めて禁煙の部屋を用意して頂きました。 いつも清潔でしたが、今回1つだけ不満がありました。 ユニットバスが清掃されてからドアを閉めていたので室内の匂いが半乾きの嫌な臭いでした。 今後は換気扇を回しておくなど対処されてはいかがでしょうか。可能であればドアを開けておくとか。 クレームになりますかね（笑） また、利用させて頂きます。

ビジネスホテルとしては中々類を見ないレベル”
まくらバー、コーヒー無料、（ちょっと貧相だけど）銭湯付き、朝ご飯も頑張ってる部類。アゴダ値段ならまだ良いけど、定価ではちょっと厳しい値段設定。場所がトヨタ近辺に向かうには非常に良い。超近場のコンビニが無くなっていたのが残念。
