The best choice in Sapa”
I loved this resort. The rooms was very clean and looks wonderful with wide window with mountain view. I stayed at garden view room. However, it also has very good mountain view from the room, balcony and even the restroom. The staff was so helpful for me to solve with my transportation problem. I'll definitely visit again and recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you.

Best view in whole of Sapa”
I would like to thank Mr.Hưng for arranging the special request on my visit. All the staff in the resort were extremely helpful. Having stayed in a lot of 5 star hotel before this, I would give them 6/5 stars. They have the best view in town, hotel were very clean and nice. The only problem with it is my room is only accessible via a hike. Everyday I need to hike 3-4 storey to reach my room. If you are travelling with children or elderly, I would advice to inform the hotel in advance so they can arrange other rooms that were accessible by their buggy. Maybe they see we are 2 young adults so give us an opportunity to exercise a bit everyday. All and all, if I am to go Sapa again will definitely stay with them.

The room was nice and clean, Nice staffs, Nice welcome. They responded for the issues or any requirements quickly. Appreciated !! I stayed here in winter, it's so cold. There is only the bed heater and another one in bathroom. It'll be perfect if there is more of heater in the room.

The best service”
Although this resorts normally allow to check-in at 2PM (can early check-in if rooms are free), their bathrooms are available and you can ask to take a bath when you arrived. That is suitable and comfortable to make you fresh before travelling, especially if you traveled by a sleeping bus or train. Others service are fantastic as well such as, keeping your baggage both before check-in and after check-out, calling TAXI and welcome drink with excellent view points.

We managed to get an upgraded room due to some renovation works. The room is super clean and nice. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back to stay again.

Eventhough not all staff can speak fluent English, their servant is BEYOND amazing. Rooms are absolutely worth PLUS hands down to the receptionist who went the extra mile to take photos of me by the pool and even removed her shoes. I cannot comprehend how my birthday stay went here. It was ABSOLUTELY Phenomenal. Thank you Cat Cat Hill and to all staff !

The resort is very clean (newly renovated I guess). Located on the mountain’s slope which we can see the view just from the lobby as well as from the room. It took just 5 mins by taxi from Sapa center and around 5-10 mins walk to Catcat Village. The staffs are very very good!! Very kind, friendly, helpful and fast response to the guess needed. Only thing is the room is not noise prevention, we heard every conversation from the next door but luckily they did not make noise at late night and early morning. Also, we booked for 2 bedrooms so we have another door to protected the noise. Anyways, Still love the resort and services💕 Thank you so much.

Beautiful space with expansive view!”
The room we stayed in was beautiful with a balcony overlooking the paddy fields. The room's facilities were great and the staff was accommodating. The only downside was the lack of soundproofing between rooms, whose flooring was shared. We could hear people in the room next door quite clearly as were the sounds coming from outside. Breakfast was great!

We arrive early in the morning and there're seperate 1 shower room you can use before check-in time. It's very good for us. The day we arrive, pools was cleanning so there's no water..but the staff manage so quick to get the pool done for us within our stay as it's our point to book their. Location is not in the city, so we need to take a taxi around 5 mins. But the room is clean, huge and good view. The staffs cannot speak English so well but they're all willing to help. Great time there!

+ It takes 10-15 mins walk to the town center. The view from the balcony is amazing . Staffs were very friendly and helpful. - The breakfast buffet was canceled due to covid and what they offered instead wasn't great.

Best place to stay nice view ”
Nice place nice room nice view, great accommodation for relax and spend time. The location is a bit far from city center. Women reception was not really helpful with anything. She does not communicate properly and not willingly to explain anything we asked for. For example, we ask if we could buy a breakfast buffet, she answered that we do not sell breakfast buffet, we found out later from other staff that they do sell breakfast buffet. Eg. Other than the reception everything was great.

A perfect peaceful get away after a couple of days trekking. The room was incredible, staff very helpful and the views from the room were simply breath taking! Slightly out of the centre of SaPa, but walkable or a very short taxi ride. Really peaceful and I only wish I'd booked more than one night here.

Very cosy with a great view of the mountains from the room and toilet too. The hotel has a good spread of breakfast.
